Well by the numbers we whooped the commie SOBs!!
We drove south from Seattle and were looking for exit 122. When we got to exit 126 we saw a large group of people with flags. We almost thought we had the exit number wrong but we kept on. At the next exit there were more people and the next and then at #122 it was a sea of Red, White and Blue. Old Glory has rarely had a prouder day than she did today. The Anit-war crowd had a special meeting to make signs. Most of us had one flying right outside our front doors.
People lined the freeway off ramp. Up to the intersection. All four corners were covered. The bridge over the freeway was packed. To the right the crowd extended down to the next intersection and all four corners of that intersection (in front of the Washington National guard center) were full of flag waving patriots.
We beat the Antis there with the intention of encouraging them to not stop or get out of their car but to keep going back to Seattle or down to Evergreen College.
I did see one group in a brown Subaru wagon (with an Impeach Bush" bumper sticker) who apparently didn't want to walk the several blocks from the only available parking and were trying to park illegally at a gas station. With some encouragent from our group they drove off. I don't know if they finally parked and came back. Eventually maybe 20 of the Antis showed up and got out their UN flags and their World Workers Party and Socialist signs. (At least we know who supports them). They stood on one corner and were surrounded by flags. Several people engaged them and nobody seemed to have any trouble countering their weak arguements.
In other area a man played Taps on a bugle (or Trumpet). People thanked service men and women who drove into the base. Women in cars driving by cried with emotion.
If you haven't had a chance to attend a rally like this I highly recommend it. It will restore your faith in America as there are some of the best people folks you would ever want to meet.
BTW Operation Support Our Troops has held this overpass every Saturday for over a year. So if you missed it this week maybe come out on another day. If you aren't near hear find a base and start your own. You would be amazed. Stand on a street corner with a flag and soon someone will join you and before you know it you are a rally!!
Pictures coming.

Stay Safe !
Overall the only bad guys, of course, were the ones in your pic just above. They had only that one small place to hang out. We took the rest.
A state patrolman gave my youngest daughter a high-five for doing such a good job waving her flag and jumping up and down at the traffic.
