If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

Here's the newest info I have.
I realize some of this content will blow you away, but this ought to give us even more incentive to raise the roof with LE and judiciary in the state of Fl. If you use these details, send CC to JEB and DOJ, and GW, maybe we can blow the thing wide open. MS is concerned. He wasn't under investigation before. He's afraid of that now. If enough people know this and yell loud enough, maybe these inept a$$es will do their jobs.

Carla Sauer Iyer did an A&E & NBC special this eve.
They interviewed her, Felos, Hammesfahr,and the girl who was recently on the news that had come out of a coma, Diane something or another.

They were shocked when Carla had told them that 5 of the health care workers were dead. 2 of natural causes, 3 from auto accidents. Coincidence?
Their jaws dropped when she told them that she has been followed. Carla is the key witness. Her home alarm has gone off frequently of late. There are cigarette butts in her yard, and neither she, nor her husband smoke.

Why isn't Bernie interested in investigating this? Carla filed a police report. Carla had to move because MS was stalking her in the past, while she went to court over the insulin bottles. She had contacted the police over that. Was fired. And had to go to court. Everybody is afraid of crossing MS.

They place cops at hospice to protect Terri. From what? Her parents taking pictures? One cop at every entrance and exit, and one at her door. They sit in their cars at the entrance to the place. They play card games on their computers. Still haven't found out who pays for that. Yet they allow a girl to be stalked.

For now all I can say is HOW DARE THEY? Felos MUST be blackmailing the 2nd DCA 3 judge panel. How did that little bug get so much power in the state of Florida?

What makes you think it's Felos doing the blackmailing?

There are many people at this point who will be in very big trouble (legally, politically, and otherwise) if Terri ever recovers. Any and all of those people would have plenty of reason to put a great deal of pressure on those judges.

It should be noted that the more evidence points to the fact that Terri might not be PVS, the more reason people will have to kill her.

I think these FL courts are so corrupt and so POWER-MAD that they will stop at nothing but the complete destruction and immediate cremation of poor Terri, "sooner rather than later" in the words of one of their heroes, Bill Clinton. The judges are absolutely power-mad. It is not about political party -- it is about madness for power. Sadly, the public hasn't a clue about power-mad officials like Greer, Baird, Demers, and this Circuit Court in Lawton Chiles' Lakeland.

Thanks for the zimp URL. No time to browse, but I did peek at the original SPPD report. Michael lied through his teeth to the cop, saying nothing was wrong between him and Terri and they had not had any arguments.

For all that, the report doesn't offer much insight into what happened that night.

But the SPPD report does say the EMT's found Terri face down. So much for MS's version of holding her and hearing her last breath. The lying POS!

This really struck me - and from a Christian(!) no less:

He [Peter Emmet, Christian physician] stated that the image of God is present in all humans who have the capacity to image God, seen as some level of relational and rational abilities. In a subsequent article, he claimed that a patient in PVS "is no longer the image of God because physiological life, permanently devoid of relationality and cognition, is not adequate to be imago Dei."

I have the image of a PVS individual as being a hidden person. Christ was hidden in the womb of His mother, and yet, His cousin, John, knew Him by the light of the Holy Spirit. On the other hand, medical science is inadequate to know what the patient thinks or perceives, or discern within his body the location of his soul.

Secondly, the theory that being imago Dei rests on either the potential or action of a person, is an utter fallacy. God is the Creator, and it is God Who embues each human with the character of being in His image as an aspect of humanity. It is by virtue of our possessing immortal souls, that we are in the image and likeness of God - not having a physical brain, or not having one that works normally, does nothing to negate our humanity.

" It is commonly assumed that PVS patients are unconscious and therefore unaware of themselves and/or their environments. This belief is central to many arguments favoring withholding or withdrawing food and fluids from PVS patients, including those by Christian authors.... But how is this determined? A central problem in the MSTF argument is that it equates the lack of behavioral evidence for consciousness with the absence of consciousness. But consciousness is completely compatible with a lack of evidence for it. However, even when evidence would suggest consciousness, the MSTF quickly disregarded it."

Doctors are pulling out feeding tubes, and they don't even know!

For example, after listing the many functions performed by PVS patients, the MSTF concluded: "These motor activities may misleadingly suggest purposeful movements, yet these responses have been observed in patients in whom careful study has disclosed no evidence of psychological awareness or the capacity to engage in learned behavior."

In other words, if you sit up in bed, drink a cup of coffee, go across the room, turn on the radio, and start dancing the funky chicken, the doctors will proclaim "involuntary motor activities," if they are of a mind to kill you.

Since it has concluded that PVS patients are unconscious, they also "cannot experience pain and suffering." However, the MSTF did note that the pain response in newborns does not involve the cerebral cortex, which it took to be the primary locus of damage in PVS. It logically follows that PVS patients have the same potential to experience pain and suffering as newborns."

The same potential to experience pain as unborn babies? Nah, I'm sure no one went there....

All of this theorizing is very interesting...as long as it's about someone else's pain, and not that of the theorist.

OMG! They need to get Carla into some kind of protection program and FAST. This is unbelievable, but it proves what I've thought all along=corruption on a MASSIVE scale. Many people involved at many levels, that's why nothing is getting done. Everyone needs to read this. Is there a link to Carla's original testimony?

Please keep in mind that Judge Greer called this "unbelievable" and questioned why she didn't come forward earlier. However, Ms. Iyer went directly to police at the time these things were happening. For that, no investigation and she was dismissed from the nursing facility.

Felos used to in the Pinellas SAO Office. He has pals everywhere and apparently, he makes sure that if he can't threaten someone with legal action, THEY OWE HIM. McCabe is a big let down and should not have his staff saying "it's not their job because it's a civil matter."

That won't fly if they even come close to harming Terri again.

I've met Carla. She's even spent a long night at the Sheriff's Office talking to detectives on behalf of Terri. These good old boys don't seem to realize that Terri's a human being and that they are law enforcement.

IMO, just the fact that Terri's broken wheelchair was never fixed per Michael Schiavo proves ABUSE AND NEGLECT. He can't risk Terri going outside and reacting to an airplane banking near Hospice or the sight of a bird or even one of Terri's Angels who continue to meet every night for her.
