This was to protect these teens from "mean" and "nasty" straights? Insensitive homophobic people made the special high school an option and now they are out turning tricks and beating on classmates? The inmates have the keys to the asylum. This will all stop when brave taxpayers demand it to stop. This is outright theft of taxpayer money. New Yorkers deserve this if they do nothing.

To be honest with you, at first I wasn't catching on. I told my boss that I was trying my hardest, but the training wasn't reaching me. I volunteered for some remedial courses becasue I thought I might be learning disabled. I'm coming along finally.
