Freeper Interview Series: Sonsofliberty2000

Here is an interview of myself for my 100th post on my website. A few people have asked when I would do such and I decided to wait until this time. Here are some highlights:
Have any fears or phobias?
I despise and fear snakes. I had a scare a while back when I was sitting at my desk at home in North Carolina listening to Art Bell online and watching my sister and her friends play Scrabble. I turned around to check my email, and out of the corner of my eye peering out of under my fuse box was a copperhead. I shreiked like a little girl, jumped over three of my sisters friends and ran outside. Needless to say one of my sisters friends, a gay guy that she constantly was trying to switch over for his own good, tried to get the snake and get rid of it. Not my proudest moment.
Who is the one person, either living or dead, that you respect and see as a role model and why?
Charles Schulz. He chased after what he wanted in life, stuck to his Christian roots and I think it is telling that of all the Christams specials on TV during that season his is the only one that sticks to the reason for the season.

Oh I understand. Last time I tried to get an honest answer from me, we ended up not talking to each other for months.

What do you want people to remember you for?For being a great teacher, a great husband, and being as honest as I can be.
I think you'll definitely be remembered just as you expressed. TERRIFIC self-interview. You're a fine, upstanding young man and I'm glad I got to "meet" you here at FreeRepublic.
P.S. You shouldn't feel so guilty about being frightened by a copperhead! :o)

Great interview, sonsofliberty!!! You handled both the questions and the answers magnificently. LOL.
My favorite is of course the copperhead story. Thanks for sharing that. It's hilarious. ;-)

I became a Conservative due to the 92 election (which I was too young to vote in since I was 13 then) I became a Conservative due to that election, too. I was nine, though - also too young to vote.
Great interview!

I have a couple for you.
1. What's the one movie you love, but that you're embarrassed to admit?
2. Name the two most obscure or underrated books that influenced your way of thinking.

I tried to interview myself once but got into a flame war. That's a shame.
