He said he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, nightmares, eating disorders and other maladies as a result of seeing them.

Well I suffer from the same when I see a penny, or a picture of that worthless memorial in Washington DC. Thinking about what was done to my ancestors and the aftermath of an illegal war in the name of union makes me sick to my stomach. Can I sue?

I'm amazed that someone of such delicate fortitude survived to be a veteran. Could you imagine this whiney whimp defending our country? I bet he cried for mama the whole time he was deployed.

"Kick his greedy a$$ out of bingo and shoot his lawyer."

...It might be more effective to shoot him and sentence his lawyer to play bingo every day for the rest of his life.

A judge ruled that Coleman had not been personally harmed by the flag, which was later redesigned.

And this time is different because, ah, uh, well, er....

Where do they get lawyers willing to put their names on worthless frivolous actions like this anyway.

In his lawsuit, Coleman said the symbols are equivalent to the Nazi swastika.

He said he suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, nightmares, eating disorders and other maladies as a result of seeing them......

James Andrew Coleman sued the state of Georgia to take the Confederate emblem off its flag in 1994.

I think this man needs to see a shrink. This man is a TOTAL IDIOT. If he thinks the symbols are equivalent to the Nazi swastika, he must have something (hate) that is affecting him much more.

Get over it, Coleman. You just seem to hate everything.

Change your name to SUE. Then when you introduces yourself, you can say, "How do you do? My name is SUE, SUE SUE you for anything I want to."

I always thought that the majority rules. Time and again, I have been reminded that the opposite is true. When is the MAJORITY going to stand up and tell minorities of one or more to just shut up and get a life. Madilyn Murray O'Hare (sp) is a classic example of a small but vocal MINORITY of one. She and her followers forced God out of the schools where He is most desparately needed. And the "Roe" in Roe vs Wade is another. Majority rules in this country, like it or not. James Andrew Coleman needs to just shut up and live with it. Maybe I, or another minority of one will counter sue and get his $21 billion. I could happen and James Andrew Coleman and others need to be made aware of that.

Heck, I've purchased a few models of German aircraft with swastika decals. In addition, the kill markings on American aircraft used swastikas too.

I never realized the harm and damage that was inflicted on me! I want $21 billion from the evil model companies!

The VA Medical Center removed all the state flags shortly after Coleman complained last week

Couldn't we wait until the lawsuit is settled before taking the flags down. I am not a flag issue person but I don't like the 'cut and run' mentality. Stand and fight...good grief!!!!

Even more, those were official state flags, approved by citizens of their respective states. How quickly the VA caved, rather than defend the honor of their sister states.

Now they look like clowns b/c they pandered to Coleman.

This guy has the same name as a Democrat activist who sued Ga. over the flag and is listed as being a candidate for US president.

I'm sorry you're an @sshole Mr. Coleman, someone should pay for that. I vote for you to reimburse us for your nonsensical Bull$hit!

Utterly sickening. My father, who died Friday, was at Normandy bright and early on June 6, 1944, as well as four other beach incursions. This man should've spent some time around my Pop.
