I always thought that the majority rules. Time and again, I have been reminded that the opposite is true. When is the MAJORITY going to stand up and tell minorities of one or more to just shut up and get a life. Madilyn Murray O'Hare (sp) is a classic example of a small but vocal MINORITY of one. She and her followers forced God out of the schools where He is most desparately needed. And the "Roe" in Roe vs Wade is another. Majority rules in this country, like it or not. James Andrew Coleman needs to just shut up and live with it. Maybe I, or another minority of one will counter sue and get his $21 billion. I could happen and James Andrew Coleman and others need to be made aware of that.

So when the "majority" of Americans or residents of your state vote to ban all guns or deprive white males of life or tax you at 90% will you scream about "majority rule?"

We are a Republic, not a "mobocracy." Maybe if you were part of the small conservative minority here in New York, you could appreciate it.

The problem is with frivoulous lawsuits, not "minority rights."

The great experiment of this country's founding was that the individual was protected from the majority. Majority rule is "mob" rule.
