Could Jackie Kennedy defend herself when they did the movie on her?

Did the makers of that movie try to make her look bad?

They need to sell it to the incinerator.

They need to figure out when to cut their losses and fold.

My understanding is that Hallmark has made contributions to anti-gun organizations. They shouldn't have any conservative customers.

Yes, I get the SciFi Channel. Thank God!
Watch it all the time along with the History Channel and USA ( I like Peascemakers and Monk).

I just wish SciFi channel had kept making episodes of Farscape.

Too Late. They're off my channel lineup and they're going to stay that way.

Well, I went in yesterday and cancelled my order for $200 worth of Christmas cards. I've been buying from the same Hallmark store for years. I told that that I knew it wasn't really their fault, but I really couldn't support a company that would distribute a film like that to the international community. I said it adds to the anti-Americanism that we're all facing and a company that would contribute in that manner should not be supported by American dollars.

An informed public CAN counteract any abuse of power.

Bump and Ping!

Merv Griffin is one of the richest and most influential guys in Hollowwood, I wonder how much influence he had here, being Nancy and the President's best friends?

CBS needs to just write this whole thing off as a loss and be done with it. Burn the originals and all prints and copies and just learn that america doesn't want to see leftist playing propoganda with one of if not the greatest and most successful president of the 20th century.

You want to tell the story of a lying cheating and manipulative presidency, just do an true to life portrayal of your favorite guy bubba... no need to make up stories on this guy and his crew... they made lying and manipulation an art form and a daily activity.

I never realized how liberal they are, although my cousin was a Hallmark artist in Kansas City for awhile and said the artists were such a motley looking bunch, and could come to work at any time provided they put in 8 hrs, but they had to use a separate side door and weren't allowed to parade through the "main" entrance!

, "Maybe the lord brought down this plague because illicit sex is against the ten commandments." This has been changed in the film to, "Those who live in sin shall die by sin," but clearly the sentiment behind that statement is the same

What bizarro world do you live in that a hypothetical theological QUESTION, and a blatantly derogatory and hateful STATEMENT contain the same sentiments?

For crying out loud Reagan and his administration did everything they could to help prevent the spread of AIDS, and when health workers showed up to shut down the bath houses where it was being spread, you lefties labeled them homophobes and biggots!!!

Quit the lying, no ones buying! (I think that would make a great country western song...., perhaps its time for me to pick up pen and paper and lay one down.)

Hallmark not only makes contributions, they campaign their anti-gun position.

This will come back upon CBS in Manhattan next September when 50,000 people are gathered in the Republican Convention...

and they all (including the huge viewing audience) will see a brief video retrospective of the life of the Ronald Reagan on the huge screen...

and then watch on national TV as this crowd turns on the CBS booth in a torrent of vituperation.
