I found 3 listings for a Michael Schiavo in the Adult Criminal Lookup, one for a Theresa Marie Schiavo; a car accident case for one Jodi Centonze; various listings for Terri's case, including MS vs. Jeb Bush; 5 traffic offenses for a Michael Schiavo...but the details of these docs are not accessible without registering and paying. They may, or may NOT, be viewable to paying customers.

I didn't give them my credit card and so I don't know what more they supply to those who do. As a non-paying web viewer I got the entries for some categories---for example, Michael's name, doc #, and offense on the traffic offense listings, but no view of the paperwork itself; and in the criminal listings, only the name and doc #, not the offense; and in the child support listings, no access at all.
What you get for $60 I don't know. Hope that's clear.

I read the Partnership for Caring (so-called) link's statement about the Terry Schiavo "Matter" and it sounds like waffling. Like they don't want to come out and say what they really think because of public opinion. It sounds like they're on the side of Soylent Green. They sound as though they are more into death as fast as possible and not into compassionate care.

My daughter and I have written instructions, although, we need to do more research to make sure all the bases are covered. Even when there are no other family members who would be involved, the attitude of the medical community must be considered.

IMO, having a written advance directive protects the person you entrust with your care as well as you.
