This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

Pending Supreme Court review, I doubt any judge will order that the dehydration/starvation be resumed, as that would constitute an irreversible error if Terri's Law is upheld by a higher court and she dies in the meantime of court-enforced dehydration/starvation.

Regardless of the outcome of Wolfson's investigation, there has been no ruling - yet - on Anderson's motion to remove Michael as guardian - that is coming up November 5.

Removal of Michael as guardian SHOULD BE a slam dunk! (to use a little basketball terminology)

"Michael Schiavo's attorney, George Felos, tried twice to have the new law blocked by a Pinellas County judge but he refused. But the judge gave Felos five days to make new arguments and Terri Schiavo's parents five days to respond."

"Anderson said that earlier Wednesday, she had gotten a motion hearing date of Nov. 5 on her petition to remove Michael Schiavo as guardian of his wife."

Might be the motive 13 yrs ago ? Maybe Terri didn't know
about this 14 yr old child Micheal had, and when she found out, there were fights, which resulted in Terri _______!

I did not know that Pat Anderson will try on Wednesday to have Schiavo removed as guardian. How can she do this? Will Demers even recognize her to make a motion?

Wouldn't it be Wolfson, who would have to make such a motion, and we all think he is pro-Schiavo? Moreover, there is no chance that Demers will permit Schiavo's removal as guardian. Demers is just George W. Greer with eyesight, as I see it.

Surely, it would have been the extreme of ironies that Terri's collapse came when she first heard of Schiavo's extra-marital activities.

Jody's second child was born last week, according to reports here...so make that two, with a third child by an unknown woman, during his marriage to Terri (before her 'collapse' incidentally) unconfirmed.

I hope the woman who wrote to the newpaper has gotten in touch with the Schindlers - I understand she can give them the name of the woman in question. I thank her for her courage in coming forward.

Any impartial, unbiased guardian appointed to look out for Terri's interests would be in court demanding a divorce - I hope the new guardian takes Michael's blatant infidelity into consideration when reviewing the case. How can it be deemed irrelevent when Michael's guardianship is contested? It's evidence of his conflict of interest, for crying out loud!

Unfortunately, Judge Demers has ordered that because the new statute does not explicitly state the duties of the new guardian ad litem, those duties will be restricted to conducting such investigations as are necessary to advise Governor Bush about whether to leave in effect his order regarding Terri's feeding.

Unfortunately, I don't really see a good solution here. One thing that's needed is some real legislation to protect people from judges who make findings that are clearly contrary to fact, but I don't know how such legislation can be produced quickly without it having some major flaws.

I guess that the same could be used for the Life Ribbon itself so that it will say Join the Terri Schindler Life Ribbon Campaign like the banner example. I assume that the black background you would like to be transparent or white in this case. If someone can do this that would be great otherwise it will have to wait until I can spend more time on it. The pdf on Terri's site has a comment by Judge Demers that he did not believe there was proof of the statement by Wolfson and if there was that he didn't believe it would affect Wolfson's judgement....


evidently Demers doesnt' think Wolfson's behavior toward a female colleague will affect his behavior either.....

No problem. We appreciate your efforts. It was just a thought. I thought it would be nice touch to circulate the ribbon with our emails, particularly those about Terri, (yes, with transparent or white background) or use it in our posts (or even as a graphic to accompany the Terri's Army ping list).
