Man, 45, gets 40 lashes for raping four-year-old girl (Religion of Peace & Tolerance Alert)

The Upper Sharia Court Gusau has sentenced a 45-year-old man, Mallam Tukur Aliyu to 40 strokes of cane and a fine of N10,000 for raping his four-year-old student.

When hearing the case, the court noticed that Tukur asked the little girl to meet him at his room to collect a scroll. As the girl entered the room, the cleric ordered the young girl to undress after which he forcefully had carnal knowledge of her.

After he had finished, the cleric noticed that he had injured the little girl and became jittery. He then went out and told her to remain in the room until when he returned.

The court was told that before Tukur could return with an a different set of clothes for the girl, she had sneaked out of the room with blood rushing under her legs and staining her clothes.

As she was moving, some people who live nearby Tukur's house stopped her and asked her what happened. As the little girl was narrating what really happened, the anxious Islamic scholar emerged and he was immediately arrested.

Tukur was then handed to the vigilance group (hisba) who rushed the little girl to the hospital for the treatment. Delivering his judgment, the Sharia court judge, Mallam Dahiru Mohammed Gusau ruled the case by sentencing the accused Islamic scholar to 40 strokes of the came including fine of N10,000.

The Sharia court judge Mallam Dahiru Mohammed told the accused Islamic scholar to fear the Almighty God as every human being would give account of his deeds hereafter.

And the size of the cane. If it were my daughter, I would have no problem beating this "holy man" up the side of the head until his brains were splattered on all four walls and the ceiling.

The odds are this animal probably won't survive the 40 lashes, that is why the punishment was handed down.

Now in this Christian nation, where we believe in the one true God, the rapist would get two to eight comfortable years in a medical facility then put back on the streets where he will very likely re-offend.

The cane: I'd want about 4 1/2 feet of inch thick, fresh cut green bamboo; the kind they use for construction scaffolds in SE Asia. In fact, I'd want a couple of spares ... just in case. Wrap 10" on one end with friction tape, to get a good solid two-handed grip. Start with the knees ... 40 lashes, properly applied, are not survivable.

I think they hold a Koran under their arm while applying lashes (no full swings). So 40 might not be a death sentence.

However if he can't pay the fine I bet he go's to arab prison and learns ALL ABOUT rape.

As for this dirt bag, unfortunately, our peds typically get off easier. IMO, all peds are only worthy of capital punishment.

And, let's wrap it with barbed wire. An earlier poster alluded to Jesus' scourging, and back then, they embedded bits of glass, metal and stone in the "scourge."

That might be an appropriate punishment for raping a four year old.
