TALLAHASSEE, FL -- According to a news release sent by the Terry Schindler-Schiavo Foundation, Florida Speaker Johnnie Byrd will introduce "Terri's Bill" during the special session Monday.
The bill would put an immediate moratorium on all dehydration and starvation deaths in Florida. Meanwhile, supporters of Terri Schiavo showed up Sunday outside a Pinellas Park hospice.
Doctors say Schiavo has been in a vegetative state since complications from a heart attack in 1990. Her husband was granted a court order that her feeding tube be removed, saying his wife wouldn't have wanted to be kept alive.

Sen Kline... I voted YES... I thought right thing to do... been developing thoughts... should I make on personal or what constit want me to do?... they understand why personal... woman is suffering right now by starving... gut wrenching... same process when they sign living will...they make it clear to public... process of deteriating is gross... my gramma was independent... holocost... role model.. when she was sick no livign will, feeding tube for 12yrs... tore my heart out... not the kind of person she was... my personal was sad of that.. other thing is my religious beliefs... when one is living do whatever you can to make sure they get med treatment and good quality of life... but when no viability.. die with dignity (WHAT DOES THAT MEAN????) End of day changing vote to vote AGAINST the bill. I have faith in system... been a process... can't find it in my heart... cts done a better job than me... I vote NO
