The Fish were only 38-43 on the road this year, and the Yanks were 51-29, so I ain't too scared.
To: Senator Pardek
Oh, Senator, you're never scared, are you?

This is going to be a high-scoring game. I can feel it. For both sides.

Well, a sac fly from Pudge is better than a base hit or a home run.

Marlins off to a good start so far.
To: TrappedInLiberalHell
First and third, nobody out. Pierre now scores on the sacrifice fly from Rodriquez.

I'm not arrogant, and neither are the Yankees.
You want to talk arrogance? The Red Sox pointing at heads, roughing up senior citizens, pointing toward the sky for random reasons? who do these punks think they are? I remarked to friends during game 7 of the ACLS that the Sox looked like a bunch of white supremacists and illegal aliens.
How about the Cubs - the players, manager, the state governor, and the lowlife fans blame a fan for an 8 run rally where their beloved team was tripping over it's own feet.
Chicago mindset: "It's not our fault we lost, it's that kid, and that curse!" Yea, sure. What could be more arrogant that refusing to take responsibility for a loss, and blaming it on a fan? Or a curse that only exists in their minds?
Chicago lived up to it's name: The Second City - always to come in second, bitter about it, pass the buck, deflect the blame, etc.
Boston just lost, no problem there, you win some and lose some.
The city of Chicago showed their true colors, though. It wasn't a pretty sight.

I hope both your teams are not the Cubs and the Red Sox! That would be a terrible way to go through life, I reckon.""...Its a cross some of us bear...always rooting for the underdog, dispite the odds...Now, having been a life long Red Sox fan I have a disclousure to make...I rooted for the Sox with my heart...but I put a small wager on the yankees!...I figured it as a win-win situation!!!
