Notice how slow this thread is tonight compared to the other series' that have gone on? Total disrespect for these teams.

Why would the new Cat in the Hat movie be rated PG?

The hardest DP to do is going deep the the hole(outfield grass) at short, making a backhand catch, stop, set, and throw to second. The 2nd baseman still has time and guns the ball to 1st to complete the DP.

That's excellent!

Total disrespect for these teams1. Yawn, the Yanks are in the Series, again. Guess 'll go wash my cat.
2. There aren't all that many Marlin fans.

I think 'Red Sox Nation' and 'Cubs Nation' are sitting this one out

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. For me, the thread adds color where I don't have any. Don't have a radio or television feed so without this I'd be watching the live graphic at MLB waiting for the little dots to say whether it was a ball or a strike ;-)
To: Cathryn Crawford
I can hardly see how this series will be any better than those two we just witnessed. Of course, from your perspective, you might disagree :)

Jeter gets a candy hop.

After the Cubs lost, I lost a lot of interest in the Red Sox-Yankees series. I wasn't planning on being here myself, but I guess I've gotten addicted to these threads.

Streaming radio link. KFAN-AM Sports Radio has a live streaming feed of the audio of the World Series game. FYI

The ESPN site is pretty slow though isn't it? I found during the divisional series they would be several outs behind.

I've been watching football since 11:30 AM, all Big 12 conference games and we switched to the WS at halftime of the Sooners game.
Again, until watching paint dry becomes a competitive sport, baseball is the single most boring thing in the universe. You can actually feel your heart stop.
Switching from football to baseball is like going from an autobahn to a school zone.
To: TomGuy
Hey, cool! Thanks! It seems to be a delayed broadcast but still cool.
To: Prodigal Son
Your up late.

Aye. 2AM. But hey, it's Saturday night. The wife went to bed early because she's going SCUBA diving tomorrow. I don't like cold water diving so I can stay up late ;-)
