IMO, I wish Randall Terry would stay out of this.

There have been plenty of good people involved and working very hard to change this situation.

Terry will look like he's...'grandstanding'....

..and I think, do more harm than good.

I sincerely hope he will reconsider.

I used to believe that the justice system was just at one time, but justice has fallen in the streets,it has been destroyed by the socialists with the help of the disinterested pubs; it is a sad day indeed now that mothers kill their children before they are born and now plan to kill the old , sick, hurt, and otherwise innocent people who can not protect themselves.
I'm glad that Jesus Christ is coming to rule and reign over the whole earth from the hills of Zion, the evil liberals and athiests will be sent to their own place because of the evil they do and the blood they cause to be shed.And the sad thing is that it is their own choice. Randall Terry is saying emphatically that Jeb Bush has the power to prevent his starvation/dehydration. Could he be wrong?

It will be difficult to watch Randall on Hannity and Colmes, seeing this disgraceful spectacle before our eyes. Decent people everywhere will shudder in disbelief and disgust at the State of FL.

Why do Schiavo and Felos seem so confident that Bush will NOT intervene. The two were seen laughing as they left the federal courthouse Friday afternoon, much like Bill Clinton was caught on camera laughing at the funeral of the late Commerce Secretary Ron Brown. Only Rush Limbaugh, when he had his TV show, played the tape of Clinton laughing in an inopportune fashion.

Is Bush afraid to act here? If so, why?

My fear is that Bush will issue a statement Wednesday morning saying that he is sorry the feeding tube must be disconnected but he must live by the "rule of law," even when he disagrees with it. Bush may refuse to acknowledge that the has the power to correct an injustice here.

Do you think Karl Rove is involved in this matter? Apparently, he must approve everything that the Bushes do.

At 2:00 P.M. on October 15, 2003, Terri Schiavo's feeding tube is to be removed, after which she will slowly dehydrate to death. This is to be done at the request of her husband, Michael Schiavo, and at the order of Judge George W. Greer of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in Clearwater, Florida. If the order is carried out, Terri will die over a period of 10 to 14 days.

At precisely 2 PM Eastern Time, on October 15th, Highway 2 Health will begin a 15 day non-stop 24/7 broadcast in support of Terri Schindler. We are not a "religious" show (per Peter Kawaja), but Peter Kawaja wishes (like many of you) to give Terri Schindler what she has been DENIED FOR OVER 10 YEARS - in her CONCENTRATION (and now) DEATH CAMP; to be a part of this man-kind experience on Earth that she was born into.

This will be a prayer and vigil - for callers all over the world to call-in and pray with the world listening, and with the world praying with each caller. We are requesting the Schindler attorney contact Michael Schiavo attorney (and anyone else is welcomed to email or mail this directly to Michael Schiavo) - to allow a computer-speaker to be placed in Terri's room @ 1:30 PM so she can listen to all of you who wrote (the 40,000) to Governor Bush, and the millions of others who have been praying and writing independently.

Surely Michael Schiavo would NOT deny his wife a DEATH WISH, a right in her dying to hear how many people love her at a distance and are praying for her. Would not this be at least ONE kind gesture on his part to allow Terri as she is suffering to her death to be consoled by uplifting callers, praying with her live?

Instead of drugging her with Morphine to make it look humane as she suffers, let Terri be exposed to the world she was denied for over 10 long years, let her listen to the voice of the world that she has been denied, let her take your prayers to heaven and lay them at the feet of God, for the whole world today is in dire need of God's intervention. Terri can take our prayers with her.

TECHNICAL INFO:

From 2PM we will commence the broadcast on a 24/7 basis. This will not be a "talk-show", but will place callers immediately live on the air. You can say anything you wish TO TERRI - and we ask that you keep this as such and not as YOUR platform to campaign for anything, else we pull the plug on you. You will be talking to Terri Schindler not to Peter. Anything you say - you will be saying it to Terri and to God.

You do not have to identify yourself or to pray. It is not a (strictly) religious broadcast. It is in support of Terri specifically and also to pray for and remember all those who have been executed in similar Holocausts, including the second World War and all HOLOCAUSTS.

We ask you to send this to every Frequency Radio Station (AM/FM) and call and ask them (local to your area of the world) if they will simulcast our broadcast for at least ONE HOUR of one day. Your call will be broadcasted over TWR to the world and as your local station picked up our Stream, THEY would in-turn be broadcasting you to their (frequency) listeners.

We will be inviting Terri's dad Mr. Bob Schindler and every member of her family to come on the broadcast each day, each one taking ONE HOUR each (or more) to take your calls personally and to hear you say words of love to Terri. During those hours, Terri will hear her family members talk and pray with you.

We will post specific information to our website as to the hours and days the Schindler family will be ON-AIR. (This has not been confirmed with them yet, btu this is what we offer as a gift of Love).

WHEN YOU CALL: In order to let Terri know and the world hear what stations are simulcasting, when you call, this is how you identify yourself (an example): "Terri? This is Mary (Smith) from Florida. I listen to WMKT in Sarasota Florida who is broadcasting this right now - Terri, I love you and .............". [ you say what you want Terri and God to hear YOU say ].

Believers claim God hears prayers and God answers prayers. We know not what THE APPOINTED TIME is for any of us much less Terri - but, if you believe in prayer or you just want to LOVE TERRI and let HER feel your love, call in and stay awake with Terri in her journey. WHO KNOWS WHAT MAY HAPPEN.

If two or more will......... OKAY here is your litmus test. Not just two, how about TWO MILLION or more!

15 days or longer until Terri has enough prayers and love wishes to take to God on behalf of us to spare this cruel world - to intervene on our behalf, so Terri can do for us what we could not get those who wield the law upon us to do for her.

Excuse me if these are not original thoughts:

1. In the past 3-5 years, however long the statute of limitations runs for such crimes, would any of the instances of neglect committed by Michael constitute reasonable grounds for believing he has committed a CRIME of neglect under FL law?

If he has, the people to lean on are either the Schindler legal team to press charges on behalf of the Schindlers against Michael Schiavo in CRIMINAL court (hopefully gaining shelter for the the victim, Terri), or the county prosecutor in the area to do the same on the county's or state's behalf (hopefully the same result)

2. Another area to explore might be to charge Michael Schiavo with DOMESTIC VIOLENCE over his treatment of Terri--NOT the DV that likely occurred before Terri's collapse, but the DV he has IMHO committed in denying her treatment, therapy, and the like. I've read Ohio's statute, and feel that his neglect could qualify as DV (in OH, DV doesn't even have to include physical violence).

Legal beagles out there, do these ideas have any potential?

I'm all for prayer, but if I were the Schindlers I'd be trying to take the offensive too. And I don't give a rip if it makes Michael look like a victim and an instant culture-of-death hero. It's time to stop worrying about long-term consequences, because the short term is HERE and NOW.
