I'm an RN. Tampering with any medical record, such as nurse notes, is a criminal act. I am OUTRAGED at this whole thing. I emailed all family members and signed the petition. WHERE are Terri's advocates?? This is just sick and heartbreaking.

I've wondered why none of the medical personnel on Terri's case allowed the destruction of their observations without contacting law enforcement, or an attorney. If it happened more than once, I would have been making duplicates, Xerox, etc.
