A policeman will be posted at Terri's door at the hospice in order to keep the parents out.

My Lord. I nearly lost it when I read this.

Her mother must be thinking about the day she was born. Her mother was there when Terri was brought into the world, and rejoiced at the miracle of her life. And now her mother must so terribly wish that if she cannot halt the death of Terri, at least she could be there with her daughter, to hold her and comfort her, and witness her death.

This tears my heart out.

I know. And this: "Michael Schiavo, the husband, has ordered that the does not want family and friends near Terri."

I just do not understand how someone who so clearly is working AGAINST Terri can still be considered her guardian.

Terri's parents don't want any money; they've offered him all of Terri's assets -- doesn't seem it would take Solomon to figure this one out.

To your post #10 My feelings exactly!!! As a parent, I can not imagine not being beside my child when the Lord takes her Home. I would not want to live in a persistent vegetive state, so I can see both sides, however, there is something very dark and ugly surrounding the husband. I suspect he will roast in Hell for his attitude toward her parents, afterall, they gave her life - they should be there when she dies.

If it were my daughter, there would be two deaths that day. They would have to shoot me to keep me out of her room in my attempt to save her.
