On Monday, Oct 13, at noon, family and friends of Terri Schindler-Schiavo will begin a round-the-clock vigil on at Woodside Hospice located at 6774 102nd Ave N, Pinellas Park (66th St N & 102nd Ave).

Terri is scheduled to have her feeding tube removed on Wednesday, Oct 15, at 2:00 pm. A policeman will be posted at Terri's door at the hospice in order to keep the parents out. Michael Schiavo, the husband, has ordered that the does not want family and friends near Terri.

Please join us at Woodside Hospice anytime - day or night - calling on Governor Jeb Bush to use his executive power to save Terri's life. Your presence will be welcomed for any length of time.

Terri is disabled, but she is not in a coma or in a persistant vegetative state. She is fully aware of her surroundings and responds to people around her. She laughs and smiles when her parents visit her. Last night, her parents told me that she says "yes", "no", "hello." This may not sound like much, but it shows that Terri is not in a coma as her husband claims. Terri also told her parents that she does not want to be starved to death.

Randall Terry of Operation Rescue will hold a press conference at noon on Monday, Oct 13th. He will also have a press conference on Tueday at noon and Wednesday at 2:00 pm. If you live in the Tampa Bay area, please join us for the vigil.

It is inconceivable that a judge has ordered the death of an innocent woman. We need to do everything in our power to help Terri.

From my previous post the statutes that were violated by Schiavo and Greer are from the first section referring to Terri's retained rights. For possible infractions look at (a),(b),& (m).

"Possible." Section (a) deals with a simple yes/no question: was an annual review conducted? Yes, or no?

You can't even answer that simple question!

For those that have definitely been violated see (c),(d),(e),(f),(h),(i),(j),(k), and (l).

I bolded the key words of your response. What would it take to convince you that Terri is NOT in a non-responsive coma? Video? Go check out the previously mentioned website. Or are you one of those who won't believe until you see her for yourself? Then I can't help you, and Michael won't let you go see her. He's too afraid that the world will find out how alive Terri really is.

Michael Schiavo is maybe afraid that Terri might regain consciousness someday. She might be able to tell what happened that night. Maybe that's what Michael Schiavo is afraid of.

I didn't assert, but I was merely providing some of the documentation for your questions. I could be wrong, but I think Michael has not had a plan for Terri for the past three years. It will take some time to look it up. You want immediate answers to your questions, but you have no patience. I'm typing as fast as I can. All you do is cut & paste over and over. You don't seem willing to cooperate, but I am trying to do the best I can. From what I understand the videos are from Terri's hearing, Nov. 2002. Michael and his attorney tried to have them barred from view, and it was probably one of only a few instances where Michael's wishes weren't fulfilled. That's recent enough, and I believe there will be more to come. I understand there will be some new footage on Hannity & Colmes tonight.

It's been litigated. But there haven't been any complaints against the judge--or if there have, then they've been investigated and tossed out.

The latest "stunning news" in that field is that...get this...the husband's attorney belongs to a nationwide fraternity whose membership ALSO includes the older brother of the doctor appointed by the court.

That's known as "stretching."
