From my previous post the statutes that were violated by Schiavo and Greer are from the first section referring to Terri's retained rights. For possible infractions look at (a),(b),& (m).
"Possible." Section (a) deals with a simple yes/no question: was an annual review conducted? Yes, or no?

For those that have definitely been violated see (c),(d),(e),(f),(h),(i),(j),(k), and (l).
