From my previous post the statutes that were violated by Schiavo and Greer are from the first section referring to Terri's retained rights. For possible infractions look at (a),(b),& (m).

"Possible." Section (a) deals with a simple yes/no question: was an annual review conducted? Yes, or no?

I didn't assert, but I was merely providing some of the documentation for your questions. I could be wrong, but I think Michael has not had a plan for Terri for the past three years. It will take some time to look it up. You want immediate answers to your questions, but you have no patience. I'm typing as fast as I can. All you do is cut & paste over and over. You don't seem willing to cooperate, but I am trying to do the best I can. Oh, and the "stupid attorney" has filed complaint after complaint, even you admitted as much with how long this has been litigated.
