Rioters tore down a statue of George Washington in Grand Park near Los Angeles City Hall on Thursday evening, the latest monument to fall in the ongoing left-wing demonstrations around the country.
The monument to the first President of the United States was apparently vandalized and draped in the American flag when it was toppled.
Unconfirmed video and images of the tearing down and the aftermath circulated on social media...

You’re wasting resources. Lots of roadway need maintenance and lots of ditches need clearing.
No matter how many statues they tear down, they will still exist in our minds and will not be forgotten. Theirs is a lost cause. The lion and his pride are waking up!
I doubt most of these folks know who George Washington was. Years ago, Jay Leno was doing a man-on-the-street segment, and a UCLA football player didn’t know who the first president of the United States was. I was in shock then - I am no longer shocked.

Actually, when they riot they need to be slaughtered by their fellow private citizens. Every riot should be met with property owners using lethal force on the rioters.
I would love to see a Trump commercial of falling statues of Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Grant, etc and the tag line: Is this the America you want? Vote Biden if your answer is yes. Vote Trump if it is no.
This was so depressing I almost started to cry. No, actually, this just made me angry. The depressing thing was that the city did nothing to stop this.

Somebody please explain to me when and why we stopped using water cannons on rioters. Was it after the Rodney King riots? Just ACLU lawsuits? Liberal police chiefs? What?
Whenever I see pictures of hundreds of jackwipes blocking freeway lanes, I just beg to see 2 fire trucks roll up and clear them all out with high pressure water cannons.
