Wednesday during an interview at the 2020 National Association of Black Journalists and National Association of Hispanic Journalists Joint Virtual Convention, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden said that while prosecuting a former president would not be “good for democracy,” if elected he would not stand in the way of the Justice Department pursuing criminal charges against President Donald Trump after he is out of office.
Biden said, “Look, the Justice Department is not the president’s private law firm. The attorney general is not the president’s private lawyer. I will not interfere with the Justice Department’s judgment of whether or not they think they should pursue the prosecution of anyone that they think has violated the law.”

(Biden) added, “I don’t think anybody is above the law.”
He concluded, “If those things that are underway prove to be a criminal offense, then, in fact, that would be up to the attorney general to decide whether he or she wanted to proceed with it. I am not going to make that individual judgment.”

Think back on the type of "Justice Department" and the corrupt people (some, most of them in fact, are still there) Obama admin run that dept (His strings of AGs, and underlings too numerous to name) -
It takes galls for Biden to make the above claim.

Or, “shadow DOJ”
President Trump should announce that if the Durham investigation should indict Barack Obama for various crimes, he would not stand in the way of any prosecution.
Heads would explode.
And no one will stand in the way of Joe and Hunter Biden’s prosecutions for their criminal, treasonous acts.
May they be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

I have heard conservatives tsk tsk the idea of prosecuting Obama for orchestrating an attempted coup. “That would make up look like a banana republic,” they say. Well, how does investigating and attempting to remove a sitting president differ at all? In fact, the degree of banana republic-ism is much more intense in that situation.
That is why his new nickname should be "Fingers Biden". There would be alot of people who would ask why is he being called "fingers' ( since they probably never heard of the story since the press supressed it ). This would be an opportunity to enlighten them.
This statement, combined with the NY State lawsuit against the NRA, which is nothing more than an attack on the free-speech of one of the republican groups responsible for getting out the vote, absolutely shows that the dems hatred for President Trump is so great that they want to turn the US into a 3rd world country.
Biden’s true campaign status should be, “Well burn down the country, if you’ll allow us to rule over the ashes.”
And I use the word “rule” on purpose, because at that time, no votes will ever be needed again. When you have a permanent political class, who needs voters to upset the cart?

BREAKING: After 16 months of investigating, special #Spygate prosecutor John Durham STILL has not interviewed James Comey, Andrew McCabe, John Brennan or James Clapper, and Clapper’s attorney reportedly said Durham’s office has assured him that he will not be interviewed at all.
Looks like if Biden wins he could make John Durham his AG since he is already working for him. Good job Barr for topping Sessions on picking another do nothing.
It makes more sense that he is referring to “those things” as supposedly questionable Trump activities, which may or may no be illegal.
Biden is opening the door for an Obama prosecution.
Not to mention that as the country's #2 with obama that biden himself could be wide open for a bit of legal scrutiny himself. That's probably a string the man maybe should not tug at too hard, but he is stupid enough to pull it I bet.
