The Clintons are on edge about 2020. Like pretty much every other Democrat in America, Bill and Hillary are nervous that their partys primary field is too large, that its going to be dominated by the wrong kind of debate, that the candidates will succumb to their worst instincts, and that President Donald Trump will out-bully them anyway.
While Trump was holding a campaign rally in Wisconsin on Saturday night, the once and would-be presidents spent the evening onstage, in the latest stop of the traveling show theyve been doing all around the country for a combination of cash and adulation, being otherwise forced into retirement earlier than planned. Theres a bit of a farewell-concert-tour feeling to the eventHillary, tell the story of the Osama bin Laden raid one more time! Bill, do a riff on the 1996 Israeli elections! Remember Arkansas? Look at all the little ways we tease each other in our marriage!
Worries over #MeToo associations kept many campaigns from booking Bill Clinton on the trail during the 2018 midterm election season, and Hillary Clinton has taken on a distinctive role in American politics, as both the jilted savior and the pariah, the embodiment of Democrats fantasies of how things could have turned out differently, but also of their fears of losing another election they cant comprehend not winning.
But a week and a half after the release of the redacted Mueller report, three days after Joe Biden got into the presidential race pitching a Hillary Clintonesque campaign rooted in experience and personal offense at what Trump represents, and two blocks from the White House, the 2020 race was clearly on their minds.

What, are tickets going for $2.00 now? These turds won’t even cover the cost of the venue.
I only wish it was because they were worried about being in jail in 2020.
I swear I am going to be dancing a jig the days they die.
They should consider using Groupon.
They should be...
Indictments are now beginning in the various money laundering cases, such as the Malasia Fund, Frank White, Pras Michel, etc.
there was tens of millions of dollars of Asian (Chinese?) money being funneled to Democrats, and into Democrat Campaigns.
Hillary tell that Benghazi story one more time and don’t leave out the part where you looked in the eyes of the families and lied to them when the bodies came back
How can these evil has-beens stand the sound of their own voices? Not to mention the idiocy of their ideas. What do they talk about at home?
Probably money.
It would be fun at that price to get a few hundred people to attend one, only to peel off their outer shirts to show their “Bill Clinton is a Rapist” t-shirts.
Maybe for the first time ever, I have to agree with the Clintons on this. I am already nervous, and the election is still 18 months away.
Put the rapist and his traitor wife in prison!!!
To many candidates for them to ko?
They should be on the edge... of a trap door.

if you are even a semi-rational Dem, these are indeed legitimate worries, so i suspect these came from Bill, not Hillary ...
I question the dem base at this point.
My guess is that their best bet to beat President Trump would be to start a new, new much more central party to attract conservative Democrats and centrist Republicans to get a large portion of not so communist Democrats while pealing off some never Trumpers.
LOCK HER UP.
Will never forget that scene...that lying bit*h!
