House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told The Atlantic in an interview published Sunday that she doesn't know whether President Trump is stable.
“I don’t know. You can’t make a diagnosis over TV, they tell me," Pelosi said when asked if she thinks the president is stable.
Pelosi, who last week announced her bid to be the next Speaker, also told The Atlantic that anyone who watched President Trump's post-election news conference last week "would know that we have to pray for our country very deeply."
“Pray for him, too, but for our country,” she added.
Trump has previously defended his mental stability in the face of questions over whether he is fit to serve as president.
In January, he labeled himself "really smart."
"Now that Russian collusion, after one year of intense study, has proven to be a total hoax on the American public, the Democrats and their lapdogs, the Fake News Mainstream Media, are taking out the old Ronald Reagan playbook and screaming mental stability and intelligence," he wrote in a tweet.
"Actually, throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. Crooked Hillary Clinton also played these cards very hard and, as everyone knows, went down in flames," Trump continued in a second tweet.
Trump doubled down on that claim in July, calling himself a "very stable genius" during a press conference.
“Nancy hasn’t pinned down her speakership yet for this round.”
She has spoken to the press about the “sausage” process. Anyone opposing her is ground into sausage.

Honestly, I am so over this day after day assault, not just on Trump but the people who support him. I could just sit down and cry and I mean it. Eight long years of watching Obama destroy this nation, just think of what he put this country through. Then we get our President and it has been full on destruction. NOW we have to endure at a minimum two years of constant treachery from Pelosi.

The Secret Service Uniformed Division is the real protector of the White House and President. The Marine guards are apparently mostly for show, and their presence grew historically from DC’s proximity to ocean access.
Her public actions are proof that she is lying.
Pelosi thinks she’s a devout Catholic. The problem with the church is... So do they.

I know that Nancy is not all there.
We all used to think that the pot’s sin was hypocrisy.
Turns out its crime is calling the kettle black, instead of a “kettle of color”.
But then there’s no problem at all if black kitchenware calls other black kitchenware “black”. Don’t let a white pot try that though.
Is this stuff all flipped around backwards these days, or what.
On that note it’s looking like a positive result that the Dems will control the House. They won’t even bother with the usual masks. “Madame Speaker” without thinking she needs to keep up the mask...
... the Dems will wonder what went horribly wrong.
Don’t be surprised if a lot of republicans join the Dems if mental instability is the charge.

However, if she's the leader, and lets Mad Maxine disrupt the Financial Services committee, or any committee, that's grounds for treason, imo.
Heck, last time she got the speaker position, she was going to let an impeached-for-bribery former Federal judge sit on the House Intelligence committee before some saner heads pointed out vast bribery temptation to sell intelligence information such access would pose.
