Supporters are lining up for President Trump's big rally in Texas, one whole day before the event will take place.
With his 2020 campaign boasting "100,000+" people being interested in attending, lines of people outside the venue, shown across multiple blocks in photos tweeted by CNN's Betsy Klein, further indicate high enthusiasm for the event.
The rally, set for Monday evening at the Toyota Center in Houston, is poised to be the most powerful boost yet for Sen. Ted Cruz, who will share the stage with the man he once opposed for the presidency.
The Republican incumbent faces a surprisingly fierce challenge from Rep. Beto O'Rourke, who is enjoying a surge of popularity in a typically deep red state and has seen big crowds for his rallies.
But momentum appears to be building for Cruz, who still has an edge in polling....

CBS News today had a typically biased segment today on the Beto/Cruz election. They referred to an ABC interview with Cruz from earlier in the day where Cruz supposedly said Trump is neither friend nor foe, but the President. It looked up the interview myself to fact check. The interviewer asked Cruz something to the effect “Given your past relationship with Trump, do you consider him a friend or an enemy”? Cruz’s response was “He’s the President”. Not exactly an overwhelming endorsement of the Trump but definitely not the way it was reported by CBS. The bottom line - Cruz and Trump are allies. Cruz will fall in line with Trump 90% of the time. Good enough for me. In contrast, O’Rourke will fight Trump 100% of the time.
I can’t remember the last time I saw an ad for getting paid to demonstrate or protest for a conservative or Republican cause. You can make a pretty good living on the left doing so. Craigslist is full of such ads.
That was the moment when Cruz finally realized he was out of his league going against Trump. Lol!

I have to say it was the BEST ELECTION EVER!!!! Trump was a pit bull and I have NEVER been so happy to have him as POTUS!!! Divine intervention the right man at this time!!! WE will have the same divine intervention in the midterms God has his hands on this man!!!!

Like I said in another thread, I tried to get in into the Mesa rally four hours before it was supposed to start. I didn’t get in. It was great to see such a large crowd, but if you want to get into the event, you better get there NOW!

I am a white boy that grew up on the Mexican border and lived in South America. I speak Spanish (not as well as Robert O’Rourke) buy am of both cultures as Robert. I am most fond of the Mexican culture, the good parts. I do not pretend to be Mexican though I am married to one from Mexico, the love of my life.

Beto is striving mightily to meet expectations. Says he loves playing touch football with his cousins, that he lives in a “compound”, named his sailboat the Honeyfitz, and his wife’s name is Jackie.
When last seen at a Texas Steakhouse, Beto was ordering broiled Maine lobster and Boston Clam Chowdah.

I must admit that I laughed when Trump announced, because I didn't think he was serious, but when I saw what a fighter he was, coupled with the fact that he always came up the winner, I was hooked, completely.

Nobody was worried about Cruz.
The purpose of the rally is to boost both of them.
Trump, Cruz, and Kavanaugh are miracle men, and this election will demonstrate that in a big way.

Should have rented out NRG stadium (80,000 seats), and accommodate the remaining 20,000 in a different arena.
