(CNN)Donald Trump's campaign is scrambling to ramp up its planning for the general election, including scraping together a list of potential vice presidential candidates, after Trump abruptly became the presumptive Republican nominee Tuesday night.
The Trump campaign, blindsided by rival Ted Cruz's sudden exit from the race, is now beginning internal deliberations about potential vice presidential candidates, two Trump campaign sources tell CNN.

Not sure if these are just rumors. I’d say Trump had people in mind months ago....and it includes none of these.

Besides, don’t we have one damned old stock American who qualifies? Do we always have to pick some exotic import with a grievance against the country that welcomed her ingrate ass?

The last two would be awful. I don’t believe in the existence of any “senior Trump campaign source”, at least not one with any real knowledge. I know Lewandowski and Manafort would never even make a peep about such speculation.

Lots of names are thrown out to entice their supporters. Common sense says that Trump will pick someone that has supported him from the gitgo and has the “stuff”...try Sessions or Palin.
