It’s possible and it’s worth a lot of effort by him to try.
Beating either Trump or Kasich there would be great for the campaign- even if he didn’t win.
Winning, of course, would be fantastic.

- Cruz hasn't used the candidate x line is dropping out in a while, he could use that on Kasich.
- He could send voter violations to all Ohio voters insisting that they better vote for Cruz. Hey it worked in Iowa and both states have 4 letters.
- He can saturate the airways with negative ads, while Rubot claims Trump has made the campaign vulgar.
- He can borrow the busses that Hillary uses to transport voters into Ohio from NY.
