If you had to vote in your state primary/caucus today, knowing what you know now about the various declared and probable candidates, who would you vote for? Why? Who would you like to see as the running mate for your preferred candidate? If you could help staff your candidates cabinet and other top appointments, who would you choose? If you could recommend different congressional leaders than we have now, who would they be? And who would you like to see on the Supreme Court and why? And finally, feel free to donate to Free Republic.
Vote Trump
Thanks for the post
Yes. Vote Trump.
Trump/Sessions
Cruz for SC.
I voted yesterday.
Vote Trump!
Cruz.
Cruz.
Matches my ideology.
Saturday I, and the wife, will vote TRUMP.
Trump.
Removing inertia in DC is going to require a massive poltical force. Trump is creating that, no of the other candidate have the ability to gather that kind of force and direct it.
In any attack the 1st wave’s job is to shatter the defenses and open the road. Trump can do that.
Mia Love for VP
Cruz for Supreme Court. As close to Scalia as we can get.
Vote Trump
trump
Donald J. TRUMP!
Trump(w/Cruz second choice)
Still Ted Cruz for president.
Rick Santorum for VP
Rand Paul for the Treasury
Fiorina for Commerce
Ben Carson for Surgeon General
Allen West for Defense
John Bolton for state
Gowdy for AG
Roy Moore for the SCOTUS
Trump.
Trump
Tarheels (NC) for TRUMP!
I’d rather see Ted Cruz on the Supreme Court than as president, since the Court is a lifetime appointment, but he’d also get my vote in the primaries.
Ignoring the hit pieces that blend partial truths out of context with lies that sound almost like something that is true, Cruz is a genuine principled conservative. His voting record justifies that conclusion better than all (or perhaps all but two) current US Senators. His priorities: immigration, constitutional government, and repealing Obamacare are great issues to put in front.
As for appointments, it’s too early to decide that. I trust him to do very well with Supreme Court nominations. Otherwise, as long as they are honest and capable, I’m less picky.
Vote Trump
I was a Santorum supporter. Since he has dropped out, I am a Ted Cruz supporter.
In my dreams, the administration was Antonin Scalia (Pres.) and Tony Perkins (VP). Alas, I must now dream new dreams.
All that I’ve really wanted for President is a good solid conservative, particularly a social conservative. But we have had as our nominees John McCain, Mitt Romney, and now possibly (still only possibly) Donald Trump. Unfortunately I am compelled to vote third party a lot.
