Trump told supporters: âI only like polls that treat me well.â
DES MOINES, Iowa, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- As the Des Moines Register prepares to release its key poll in the Iowa primary, Donald Trump slammed the paper calling it "dishonest."
The paper previously found itself on Trump's bad side after it published an editorial in July calling for the real estate mogul to end his presidential campaign. He responded by refusing press credentials to Register reporters at his events.
Trump knocked the paper at an event Friday in Des Moines: "You have one of the most dishonest right here in your backyard. The Des Moines Register is the worst. They're very dishonest."(continued)

"How stupid are the people of Iowa?"
Joni Ernst cemented her win in Iowaâs US Senate race by calling out the quaint little Democrat blog, the Register. Trump is wise to follow suit.
...
Yep. I don’t think it’s a case of thin skin. The Big Government Big Media complex truly is deplorable.
...the Des Moines Register... published an editorial in July calling for the real estate mogul to end his presidential campaign. He responded by refusing press credentials to Register reporters at his events. That should be the approach for White House press conference access starting in early 2017 and continuing for the next, oh, 16 years or so.
Cruz was my #2. Now that I am reading about his Dominionist Seven Mountains ideology, he's creeping me out.
“Nice” has gotten us to where we are today. “Prickly” is what we need now.
All too true. “Nice” aka bent over and lubed-up (See GW Bush, Boner, Mcconnell, Ryan)
you’re so ignorant as to how web sites work......I am not given editorial direction and besides, that site has been extremely pro Trump. Really just one of the dumbest collection of words ever on FR...your post.
Focus, the thread isn’t about me. . I know it requires strength and judgment and could be a challenge, but try.

Never said you were. You're not smart enough to be an Editor. You'd give the game away almost instantly.
that site has been extremely pro Trump
It's been more positive towards Trump the past couple of weeks, and I even have a suspicion it's precisely because of the massive Trump support on that website and the fear of being exposed for their shady dealings with the Cruz campaign (such as giving polling/reader data to Cruz's Psychological Analysis group) though they still post stuff from their editors like Ben Shapiro asserting that "Trump is not a conservative!" or other nasty stuff. I suspect it's because Mercer is under the delusion that going straight out anti-Trump would hurt Ted Cruz. Breitbart has called Marco Rubio a liar for telling the truth about Cruz's immigration position from 2013 to March 2015, but has even posted stories accusing Trump of flip flopping on the border wall because he once mentioned that there would not be a wall necessary in areas where there are natural barriers.
I don't care what the Ethanol and illegal alien addicted Iowans think about ANYTHING.
On the other hand, It may be an attempt by the press to pick a winner for the republicans who they think they can destroy in the General election.
Trump talks about "going down the line in a bipartisan way; reaching across the aisle; getting along with the Democrats. I'm just shocked./S
Hmmm...
Trump supports ethanol subsidies.
It’s called honesty and not cowtowing to the PC gods.
We haven’t seen it from a politician in decades - real men seem to all be doing something else, like lumberjacking.
LOL!
Taking the averaging of all the national polls Trump is way ahead over his nearest competition.
Breitbart has been mostly pro Trump since June, and anyone who tries to say otherwise is just ignorant or lying.
Period.
you don’t even know what editorial direction means, as demonstrated by your blitheringly ignorant comment.
