One day after a report that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) questioned Donald Trump's "judgement" in a private event, Trump called out Cruz for criticizing him behind close doors but refraining from negative comments in public.
Looks like @tedcruz is getting ready to attack. I am leading by so much he must. I hope so, he will fall like all others. Will be easy!
.@tedcruz should not make statements behind closed doors to his bosses, he should bring them out into the open - more fun that way!
Cruz has so far refrained from bashing Trump in public. After Trump announced his proposal to ban Muslims from coming to the United States, Cruz disagreed but stopped short of condemning Trump's remarks.
But the Texas senator spoke about Trump and Ben Carson during a Manhattan fundraiser on Wednesday, according to the New York Times.
"Who am I comfortable having their finger on the button? Now thatâs a question of strength, but itâs also a question of judgment. And I think that is a question that is a challenging question for both of them," Cruz said of Trump and Carson.
Cruz has started gaining on Trump in the key primary state of Iowa, which may be making Trump uneasy. The real estate mogul has a habit of attacking his Republican rivals when they rise in the polls, as both the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal noted this week. Trump may have released his proposal to ban Muslims from entering the country in an attempt to boost his support with evangelical voters in Iowa.
Actually voodoo is a recognized religion in the US.
Cruz brings nothing to the table as a VP candidate. In fact he would be wasted as Trumps' VP since VP is largely a ceremonial position.
Most conservatives will vote Trump. Cruz is from Texas, Trump will carry Texas, he does not need Cruz on the ticket. A much better choice would be Rubio (Florida) or Kasich (Ohio) both battleground states. Or Carly for the woman vote and to go head to head with Hillary. Even Ben Carson, black vote, makes more sense than Cruz.
Well thanks for the correction.
And if you think that Donald Trump doesn’t say things in private which would make you feel the same way, then you do not understand human nature. Trump got to where he is by being a lot tougher and meaner than his competitors, and has done in things in the past that I cannot stand to see done anymore. The Kelo decision is pure government evil and he will put Supreme Court judges in who will continue to vote that way.
That alone is reason enough not to support him.
And what Cruz said id the most low level pablum in the world, doesn’t mean a thing. It is probably the only way to keep from being destroyed by the media for “dirty” campaigning.
As for Cruz’s positions, which he has staked out repeatedly in public and private conversations, and in front of the Supreme Court, do your own googling.
Yep. That requires a motivated population whose members are more interested securing the rights --OF EACH OTHER-- than in who's winning the NFL Felon fest, American Idolatry, and Dancing With The Perverts in between commercials for Beer, Erectile Dysfunction, Sleeping Pills, and Depends this week.
>>and then return to perfection.
As perfect as eternal human vigilance in the context of human nature can make it anyhow.
You never had a pony as a kid? I can't imagine what it must be like to live in a family that won't give every kid a pony. I sure hope you're nicer to your kids than your parents were to you.
No pony,man that sucks.
That really sucks big time, did you at least have a dog?
Well, imagine what it must be like to live in a world where competing politicians won't submit themselves to the combined tickets their fans would like to see, and instead run their very separate ways. It sucks. Get used to it.
We only get to choose ONE.

Nope. We don’t need the voters to think very hard. We just need to offer compelling information [the way Trump has been doing] and then offer bold, sensible solutions that aren’t overly-complex. That’s the beauty of excoriation hearings. They lead to hearings, and every US citizen can opt to get as involved in them as he or she wishes.
I have a lot of positive ideas. But the funny thing, the negative concept of excoriation is the most simple solution yet.
‘Surface information’ voters [aka ‘low information voters’] would flounder, and those opposed to truth would wear down from attrition [several hearings and mandatory debates], but more concerned voters would pay attention to detail and influence others.

Hmmmmmmmm.
Apparently someone who will vote for Huckabee or Santorum........
Bad Shark!!!
