Perhaps nobody on the planet knows more about intelligence protocol than Edward Snowden. If Snowden says it's "completely ridiculous" to believe that Clinton's emails were safe, then yes, it's fair to include his viewpoint in any critique of Hillary Clinton's latest controversy. In addition, since I believe Senator Bernie Sanders is desperately needed at this point in U.S. history, and electing Clinton or a Republican would essentially be nominating the same president on war and foreign policy, it's important to address relevant analysis of the email controversy.
There seems to be a bizarre paradigm of thought among some Democrats that prevents any scandal associated with Hillary Clinton from being a part of debate or discussion. When Anthony Weiner questioned the legitimacy of Sanders running as a Democrat, or when Senator Claire McCaskill attacked Bernie for being "too liberal" and "extreme," ironically there was never any uproar or indignation among those who claim to support unity among progressives.
Just recently, a pro-Clinton super PAC tried to link controversial statements made by Hugo Chavez to Bernie Sanders. Also, let's not bring up Hillary Clinton's 2008 campaign against Barack Obama. If you don't think Clinton's 3 AM ad in 2008 contained a "racist sub-message," then read the analysis of a Harvard sociologist and remember the viewpoint ("black people are incensed over all of this") of South Carolina's James Clyburn.
Therefore, since we know that some Clinton supporters have no qualms about comparing Bernie Sanders to a Fox News socialist or even linking him to Hugo Chavez, let's simply address reality while others genuinely "go negative." The reality is that other intelligence experts have come to the same conclusion as Snowden....

Most people don’t care about this.
They want free stuff. That’s what they care about.
Then that must mean that Biden has decided to run.
Eddie may or may not be right about Hilary. We’ll see.
Based on all his predictions of diabolic goings on, I had expected to see more disruptive action, more game changing courtroom trials and satisfying Frog-Marches by now.
I suspect Eddie Snowden has learned how easy it is to use the media to keep his name and his predicament in the front of everyones mind.
Timing is everything.
"...hmmmmmm...if you have two candidates, and one goes to jail, ...the other will win in a landslide.....&865%# astounding!"
They want free stuff. Thats what they care about.
If all else is off the table and it comes down to free stuff, who wins Bernie or HRC?
Since Hillary has drivers doing her driving for her then it is reasonable to assume that she did not open those five emails, but what scams did she open that may have compromised her computer?
ValJar! That sounds like a Star Wars character who wears a Guy Fawkes mask, a long black cape that becomes her Cloak of Invisibility and sports a Diamond ring with killing powers.
I want Bernie and Hildabeast to tear into one another. Let them sling so much mud that they both bail out of the race. The dems don’t have anyone else to run really. Biden? Hahahaha!!
A few years ago I would have laughed at the idea of someone like Bernie becoming POTUS. But looking at the current Marxist Muslim POTUS who now occupies the WH, I think ANYTHING is possible. I live in the People’s Republic of CA, and I see a lot more Bernie bumper stickers than I see for HRC. BTW-—for what it’s worth-— BHO’s voting record in the US Senate was even further to Left of Bernie’s. Socialism is no longer a dirty word in the US. It translates to free stuff. And when you have more people getting free stuff, and fewer actual taxpayers, that gives the Dems a structural advantage in just about every presidential election going forwards. Republicans still do better in midterm elections, but that’s because in midterm elections, the electorate tends to be smaller, older, whiter, and more conservative than is generally the case in presidential election years.
Friggin moron...
No, Biden will step in and save the day. The Democrat establishment is no more thrilled about Sanders than the GOP establishment is about Trump.
And the shift of former Hillary Clinton supporters who currently support Donald Trump will go back to Berney Sanders when the time is ripe.
for later
Precisely why free market capitalism, private property rights, and individual liberty are incompatible with popular mass democracy. Our Founding Fathers understood this. That’s why they set up a limited government constitutional republic. The POTUS was to be chosen by the Electoral College. US Senators were to be chosen by the state legislatures. Voting in federal elections was limited only to property owners at the beginning of our republic. I now see the wisdom of that model.
