Attention Republican presidential candidates prepping for Thursday's first debate.
Do you want to beat Donald Trump? I mean seriously, are you in this to win or just to raise your speaking fees, sell more books and possibly get a deal to be a commentator on a cable news network?
For those who truly want to beat Trump, I have the weapon that may just do the trick: comedy. But I'm not talking the type of "comedy" we have recently seen in your desperate efforts to attract media attention. The likes of Rand Paul's video in which he takes a chainsaw to the U.S. tax code, or Ted Cruz's video where he wraps his "machine gun" in bacon, then fires enough rounds to literally cook the bacon before eating it.
When I say use comedy, I mean using it as a weapon. Comedy can be a sword and if wielded correctly, it might just be able to bring down a giant named Trump.
And here's the thing: Trump is the perfect target for comedy because, despite a golden pallor that glows like leather, he's by far the most thin-skinned pubic figure I've seen. A well-placed zinger at Trump's expense could send Trump roaring in anger at Thursday's debate louder than the famous Howard Dean victory scream that sank the candidate during the 2004 presidential race....

Because he is getting crossover support, not just from support from fed up republicans. Did you not see the responses from the NH focus group? NH has voted Democrat more than Republican. Trump is a threat to the Marxist uniparty and will erase the Obama Presidency.

Many primaries allow citizens from the other party to vote in them. Wondering if the participants were from the Republican Party or a mix of folks.
In NH if you are registered either Republican or Democrat you must vote in that primary. However, if you are registered but not to either party, you can vote in either.
All Trump has to do at this debate is simply say, I’m the only one on stage here who has no special interests controlling me, and the one who has no more time for debate. All the rest including Hillary want to talk and talk. I’m ready to do. To get this country working again. etc He’s rope a doped them

Never understood states that allow open primary voting. Not only does it allow for shenanigans but one would think a party would want its candidates to reflect its voting membership.

Attacking Trump on the humor level with a personal spin is a suicide mission. Not saying the idiots won’t try it but it will be the end of their run.
