* Trump said Sunday that 'black people 'are worse now than just about ever'
* Claims Obama has done nothing for low employment rates
* Weekend poll showed Trump has his greatest support yet nationally
He has a 24.9 percent vote among Republicans, according to poll
Days after assuring that he has the support of Hispanic voters, Donald Trump has now claimed that African-American people are also on his side - and that Obama has let them down.
In yet another round of bashing the President, the billionaire said Obama has done 'absolutely nothing' for the black community.
He gave the comments during an interview on Sunday with ABC This Week.
'I think he (Obama) has done a very poor job as president,' Trump said.
'We have $18 trillion in debt and (it's) going up rapidly
'We don't have victories anymore. China is killing us on trade, Mexico is killing us at the border and also on trade.
'I think that he has set a very poor standard. I think that he has set a very low bar. And I think that it's a shame for the African-American people....

Well, let’s just say, he has done nothing good for blacks. He has given them the opportunity to riot and burn cities and play the race card at every opportunity. He allowed them to channel their inner perceived victim hood. So, I have to disagree with Trump - if only for these reasons.
Of course they are. It's hard to get them to burn loot rape and pillage if they are self sufficient!
Trump probably won’t actually win the black and Latino vote, but he well might win a higher percentage of each than any Republican for many years. That might be what he means.
Government shouldn’t “do something” for people anyway, except stop controlling them, stop robbing them and leave them alone
Say what you want, but Trump knows how to instantly unrail the media’s bias premise. Go on the attack, stop buying into their BS premises and toss it back in their faces. Now the story isn’t “why do blacks and Latinos hate Republicans so much”, it’s “can Trump really win the majority of the black and Latino voe?”.
Frankly, I’m not a Trump fan, but his interaction with the media is brilliant.
I think it is what he means.
That’s right; he has allowed them to continue skipping education while still receiving the diplomas/certificates, and he has continued to force government agencies and corporations to hire them to pretend they are “making it”...
That’s why a lot of FReepers are positive on Donald.
We ALL hate the MSM and how most candidates crumble under their assault.
Now they are only tearing up their own quarantined reservations; with each passing day black Americans have less and less contact with other Americans. In my area they are safely contained within rings of “replacement Americans” (Asians & Hispanics) that own the businesses that funnel taxpayer dollars through the welfare population into the hands of those brave businessmen who are willing to dodge the bullets to sell things on the reservations.
No one in the GOP has the spine to point this out in plain English. They are too scared.
And, yet, the majority of blacks will defend obama based solely on skin color.
“No one in the GOP has the spine to point this out in plain English. They are too scared.”
Anyone who has tried has been DESTROYED by the Biased media, because the truth of what Democrats have one to blacks is counter to so many approved Democrat memes.
Remember what happened to Herman Cain?
The unemployment rate has fallen under Obama, from 7.8 percent when he was sworn in on January 20, 2009, to 5.5 percent last month. Though less dramatic, joblessness has dropped for black Americans (from 12.7 to 10.1 percent) and black teenagers (from 35.3 to 25.0 percent). From there, things get bleak.
U.S. labor force participation has declined during that same period, from 65.7 to 62.7 percent. For blacks in general, the damage was a bit lighter, dipping from 63.2 to 61.0 percent of available employees in the work pool. For black teenagers, however, this number deteriorated from 29.6 to 25.7 percent.
The percentage of Americans below the poverty line inched up, the latest available Census Bureau data found, from 14.3 to 14.5 percent overall between 2009 and 2013. For black Americans, that climb was steeper: The 25.8 percent in poverty rose to 27.2 percent.
Real median household incomes across America retreated across those years, from $54,059 to $51,939. Though less pronounced, such finances also reversed for black Americans, from $35,387 to $34,598.
Food Stamp recipients between 2009 and 2013, the most recent Department of Agriculture figures show, rose from 32.9 million to 47.1 million Americans. Meanwhile, the equivalent number of blacks soared from 7.4 million to 12.2 million.
Home ownership slipped from 67.3 percent of Americans in the first quarter of 2009 to 64.0 in the fourth quarter of 2014. For blacks, that figure slid from 46.1 to 42.1 percent.
Obama has betrayed blacks as a community, failed Americans as a people, and enfeebled the United States as a nation.
He’s talking like a serious candidate.
More dirty drawers at the RNC.
This was supposed to be a crowded field with the perceived front runner winning the marathon resulting in ¡Yeb! being nominated. The purpose of fielding so many candidates was mainly to drown out Ted Cruz. It helps that they could recruit them from so many critical primary states.
The Cheap Labor Express is spending billions to keep us from electing anyone who would stop them.
Then Trump happens.
Is he going after the ‘gibsmedat’ vote? ‘Hispanics’ from south of the border and most of them in the born in the US are NOT conservative and will never be conservative. This was just a bullshit narrative from the neo-cons to lull everyone to sleep while the invasion continues. Oh yes, they’re Catholic so they MUST be conservative.
Roughly half of all American Indian children (50 percent) and African-American children (48 percent) had no parent with full-time, year-round employment in 2013, compared with 37 percent of Latino children, 24 percent of non-Hispanic white children and 23 percent of Asian and Pacific Islander children."
In 2013, three in 10 children (22.8 million) lived in families where no parent had full-time, year-round employment. Since 2008, the number of such children climbed by nearly 2.7 million.
And, hopefully, ¿Jebush? becomes a never was so fast the entire Bush clan goes into self imposed permanent exile.
Hope springs eternal.
I know a black man at one of the stores I work at who has already said he would happily vote for Trump. Sadly, I suspect he’s one of the 1 in 10 who votes republican, so I can’t tell whether Don Trump is winning the black vote yet.
Trump would do better than Mitt with Blacks, and especially with Hispanics. But “win” is an exaggeration.
