A plurality of Americans now say they are better off than they were when President Barack Obama was inaugurated, providing a surprising lift to Obama's re- election campaign despite troublesome economic news.
Forty-five percent of those surveyed in a Bloomberg National Poll say they are better off than at the beginning of 2009 compared with 36 percent who say they are worse off. In March, poll respondents split almost evenly on that question after having been decidedly negative since the aftermath of the worst recession in seven decades.
"I'm just tired of the doom and gloom," says Jim Seeley, 52, a mortgage banker in Traverse City, Michigan, and a poll respondent, in a follow-up interview. "I think it's looking better. People just need to stay positive."(continued)

Internals? Is this the same poll that has Obamugabe leading Romney by 13 points?
They left out the part about dropping acid an hour before being polled...and the walls man...the walls were TALKING TO THEM!!!!!
Who are they trying to convince? I sure hope I can find all those people who are better off and see if they will help me out. This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in a long time. Bloomberg cooks the books with their polls in my opinion.
Bloomberg Poll: 65% Back President on Immigration Amnesty
Bloomberg Poll: Obama Beats Romney - 53% to 40%
Bloomberg Poll: Plurality Say They Are Better Off Under Obama
Sounds like Bloomberg has an agenda, but I can’t quite make it out...
It's ALL hedging and FEEEEEEELINGS. There is exactly ZERO empirical evidence that anything is better since this Marxist faggot took office.
Unless of course you're homosexual or an illegal immigrant.
Standard issue propaganda. Tell the big lie and go to your grave swearing it’s true.
You be surprised how many people really believe the MSM said it so it must be true. There’s a law that they can’t lie or sumthin....
They really do.
How dare you?
Public Employee Union members are better off.
Shame on you.
Exactly! And how long did it take them to cherry pick this crop of predominantly PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES with the odd private sector malcontent tossed in to make it look the way it does?
Well, if the Americans they polled were actually living in another country since Obama took office, they probably would feel they were better off.
SF Cron? Whose rear end (literally) did they pull that data from?
Consider the source of this propaganda.
It’s all you need to know.
Let’s see, who am I to believe, Bloomberg...or Rasmussen?

I think I believe Rasmussen.
I heard a report this morning that pointed out that this Bloomberg poll intentionally included 33% “non-white voters” while, the interviewee noted, most polls include about twenty-five percent.
I suppose it was also a survey of “adults” which means any old loser they can find on a couch, not necessarily anyone who will vote.
Let’s see... Default process progresses, until offices in all levels of government are shut down. Public employees rampage, eating each others’ faces. Hmmm...
;-)
You really don’t want to see me naked or in a diaphanous gown. Trust me, the world would be a better place if that just did not happen.
Unfortunately, Norm, you are correct. I am amazed at how stupid so many people are and how easily swayed they are sometimes, but then I look at public education these days and reality sinks in.
