What kind of “proof” do you need?

A vast majority of Americans agree with her on the issues.

70% of the candidates she backed in the last election won, some in democrat districts, some going against establishment RINO’s. (including many Governors and Senators, not just House members)

Looking at the Electoral College Map, if she just carries the McCain states and the states that her supported candidates won, she will win in a landslide.

The Tea Party is just going to continue to grow in influence and strength, and she is very popular among Tea Party activists.

She has been successful and wildly popular in every elected position she has ever held. Over 90% popularity as Governor (Most popular Governor in America) before being named to the national ticket, and the lies and distortions about her started.

She has been vetted more than any other candidate...they’ve already gone through her entire life looking for dirt of any kind...she is truly what you see is what you get. And that is awesome charisma, determination and courage...much more so than any other candidate. She is fearless and will go after Obama and his socialist ideas hard.

But there is no “proof” anyone will win, especially this far out.

All I know is the narrative about her is false. She will have an opportunity to set the record straight. She is amazingly likable and has a positive, upbeat, optimistic outlook for America (much like Reagan did.)

I don’t know what more we could ask for in a candidate. She doesn’t have military experience, but her son just got back from Iraq. She’s run a small business (something no one in the current administration has done) She has fought corruption wherever she has found it, including the GOP (why the establishment doesn’t like her?)

She is an honest, pro-life, Christian Conservative who lives by her values.

That’s all I got for now.

The Internet will be a huge factor in the next election.

Compared to today, the Internet was a baby even 4 years ago.

Sarah knows this and knows how to use it.

Go Sarah.

I’d say that was plenty. Thanks. Good summation.

........and then those old pesky “scoops” will come out of the woodwork. Let’s see what haven’t they tried yet. Todd is gay? Piper is pregnant? Trigg is Sarah and Levi Johnston’s child? Let’s get em all out now. Sarah believes we have 57 states, or will promise to fight terrorism 24/7 364 days a year? Did you hear her say they speak Austrian in Austria? Wow!

Anyone who thinks this woman can’t beat anyone is a fool. Especially someone who calls him or herself a conservative.

She is INELUCTABLE.

One MORE time for the reading-impaired:

* Mrs. Palin is a wonderful Conservative and has an important role to serve for us, just not as a POTUS-candidate.

* She was fatally injured in her early run as VP. Be it happy or sad, America sees her as less than intelligent.

* I have seen no signs that America has revised her opinion of Mrs. Palin.

* Mrs. Palin may end up doing more damage than good, since America will think her supporters are ditzes as well (and, based on this thread, they will have a point).

You keep asking the same questions, but when I answer, briefly or not, you brush it aside because it doesn’t fit your lockstep, rigid, slavish worldview.

As I said, reading is FUNdamental.

or to paraphrase Chris Rock: “can you see the words coming out of my Keyboard?”

Palin-bots — soon to be an old joke in Conservative circles.

It's getting to the point where I don't know what else I can tell the PDSers on this site, that hasn't already been worked over a thousand times.

Perhaps it comes down to awareness levels between people. Some simply see the obvious, and some do not. Perhaps it comes down to fear. Some people can't accept a windfall when presented with one. She may be too good to be true for them. Then there are the misogynists who can't see a woman as CIC of the US, no matter how stellar her record of accomplishment is.

I don't know, but for those of us still in possession of plain horse sense and unclouded eyes to see, the political landscape for 2012 looks pretty predictable.

For myself, Sarah Palin not only meets my basic specifications of what I want in a Republican president, she far exceeds them. I'm actually thrilled that we've been blessed with such an awesome patriot leader in this precarious time. In my view, she surpasses our requirements for president in 2012, and will go on to surpass our expectations, as well.

“One MORE time for the reading-impaired:”

Great. Comments from the thinking impaired.

* Mrs. Palin is a wonderful Conservative and has an important role to serve for us, just not as a POTUS-candidate.

Yeah, you said that. You just don’t say why. Is it because of this list below? Let’s look at them, shall we?

* She was fatally injured in her early run as VP. Be it happy or sad, America sees her as less than intelligent.

Uh huh. America sees her as less than intelligent? Which America? The one that allows the MSM to pick candidates for them? The 10,000 people who will show up at Jockstrap WY, in the middle of winter, after driving all night, well, Sparky THEY disagree with your assessment. Is it because they don’t live in Manhattan that they don’t count?

* I have seen no signs that America has revised her opinion of Mrs. Palin.

Oh. The best selling books (without group sales, by the way) the highest rated show on the channel her show is playing on in its history, the fact that she HAS a TV show that showcases her state, her family and her values (reminiscent of RR on Death Valley Days) the constant need to move her appearances to different venues because the crowds are too large or the fact that every time she endorses someone their popularity, fundraising and chances of getting elected improve immeasurably ... which of those are signs she is “damaged?”?

* Mrs. Palin may end up doing more damage than good, since America will think her supporters are ditzes as well (and, based on this thread, they will have a point).

OH. We are ditzes? And they think that, too, just like you? Isn’t that special. You stay here just to educate us rubes? How large of you. America makes her a number one book author, celebrity and leading contender, she is the only authentic executive and business owner in the arena and anyone following her is a ditz? Once again, what is this opinion is based on? Katie Couric (again) or the SNL spoofs?

* You keep asking the same questions, but when I answer, briefly or not, you brush it aside because it doesn’t fit your lockstep, rigid, slavish worldview.

You call these answers? You do not address tthe rebuttals and these are answers? All of this has been said to you and you brush them aside.

* As I said, reading is FUNdamental. or to paraphrase Chris Rock: “can you see the words coming out of my Keyboard?”

Chris Rock ... oh yes ... good man. Is he the one that thinks you are a cracker and that the world would be better off if you weren’t in it?

* Palin-bots — soon to be an old joke in Conservative circles.

Conservative-wannabe circle jerks, maybe. Seriously, dimwit, why are you here? You quote liberal media, liberal talking points and have still not answered the same questions people have been aking you;

Who would you choose?

Why?

How do you account for SP enormous popularity?

If she doesn’t matter, why do you spend so much time trying to discredit her on a site owned and operated by a man who believes she is our best hope?

Like I said earlier ... you got nothing. There is no substance to your argument and you offer no rebuttal.

You are pointless.

Your meager attempts at “argumentation” are on par with the standard-issue 14-year old. You just continue to do “nanny nanny boo boo — YOU DON’T LIKE SARAH I AM TELLING THE TEACHER!”

You and your ilk will sink SP much more than her detractors on the left.

And for that many on the left thank you for your support.

Dumb. Like your screen name implies........free to be dumb....

*So, you have an opinion that she was fatally wounded by one interview. Congratulations, you know what they say about opinions.

*You see no signs of a change in America's opinion. The polls show otherwise, she has climbed from being at 32% favorable to only 5-7% behind Obama in the polls for the presidency. That has happened in one year since she began her first book tour, which is fairly remarkable as a come back. Somehow the idea that other politicians have made comebacks eludes you. I suppose that makes you the one who is logic-impaired.

*And the opinion that she is doing more damage? Totally insane. Either that or you're a Mitt or Huck supporter. You have to have some ulterior motive or be crazy to conjecture wildly like that.

I have been fairly civil to you from the beginning, simply challenging your assumptions. You have gotten extremely agitated rather than replying, resorting to calling us names now. Maybe you don't deserve civility, but I'll wait and see. You are definitely overly perturbed, might I say....drama queenish........and frankly should be able to handle yourself better

I've engaged you on the points.

You seem incapable of handling that.

Why?

Since you won't likely answer that, here is another real question I have for you, and I expect an answer. Who do you think should be the republican nominee? Is there some other "statesman" we should know about that you support? You keep implying we should be looking for one, so where is he/she?

Standard strawman. Pointless to answer.

Ignoring my responses is all you have. Which speaks volumes.

‘night.

Hidden agenda.

Incapable of discussion.

Incapable of anything but disruption.

Check his last response to me, he/she is a clueless moron.

I am sorry to see you have reverted to your earlier form with other posters.

I thought we had established a civil dialog, but it appears you haven’t watched the interview I had asked you to watch and gotten back to me about your opinion of it.

While I appreciated our civil discussion, your actions since then are leading me to believe you may not have been completely candid with me. I hope I am mistaken about that.

Could you take the time to watch the video of the interview?

The interviewer was a liberal democrat with no love for Sarah Palin, but she commented a couple of times how well prepared the governor was and in watching it, it is obvious she was not only well prepared for any question, she exhibited supreme confidence.

I think you should examine just what it is you are attempting to accomplish here. If you are just getting paid by the Romney camp, let us know how much, okay?

Heck I could use a little extra cash...just what part of my soul would I have to sell?

Your parting words belie your earlier ones, as was the case with all your prior posts.

“Well, it is good to see you are not beating your wife any more” does not establish a solid basis for anything other than a certain degree of smugness.

But I am really enjoying you and your ilk. At this point the entertainment value is pretty good, so I return to see how silly you can get.

My reaction to your comments? The same *shrug* I started with but was too polite to tell you of.

But thanks for the yucks.

“And for that many on the left thank you for your support.”

Man, you really got nothing. NOT a thing. Sad. I am sure that you believe what you say and you and your fellow PDS sufferers on the left agree with you.

The only real question I have now is when will you be leaving? Don’t let the cyber door slap you on the ass on the way out, OK, Skippy. There’s a good boy ... or girl ... as the case may be. Guessing boy with some real bad Mom issues, like your POtuS, though. Good luck with that.

Happy to give you some laughs. I doubt there is much joy in your life if you have to spend it arguing politics on a forum of people who disagree strongly with you.

That is why I asked if you were getting paid...I fail to see how any normal person would find value or enjoyment doing it.

But will you watch the interview I posted?

It does pertain to what we had been conversing about earlier.

I would like you to critique it and point out how interviews like this will fail to change people’s minds about Governor Palin.

I really am trying to engage you honestly.

If your only answer is *shrug* I guess I have succeeded in plumbing the depths of your intelligence.

Thanks.

So you have no actual proof, just projection and conjecture. You just asked the other view to supply something you do not have. BTW the vast majority of Americans do not agree with her on issues. Poll after poll after poll says that.
