I have been looking at the Kerry Flip Flops. It seems to me there is only one explanation for the blatant flip flops
I do think Kerry is truthful with others. Kerry only lies to just one person..............himself ...... and Kerry always believes himself too... and can't wait to tell others what he has told himself.

Try to stay dry. I wonder what the economic damage of all that rain is?

A small rodent has damaged the phone wiring in the attic. Tonight, after a 97 degree day, or whatever it was, I get to crawl around in the attic that is more like an oven.

I'm going to run new wiring from the outside box by pulling with the old wiring. (crossing fingers) Trill and I have our handi-talkies charged for the purpose.

It does seem like overkill though, to use expensive 4-band (50 mHz, 144 mHz, 440 mHz, and 1200 mHz) handi-talkies that, under the correct conditions, and with repeaters can let me communicate for probably 60 miles to talk across a space of about 100 ft. ;>)

We'll turn the power down to about 50 mW and work on 1.2 gHz. Try not to burn up too much bandwidth. 8>)

Next week, I'll be going to the Southwestern Foodservice Expo on Monday and Tuesday. I'll be getting to see a whole lot of cooking equipment that I've never seen, even in books.

You can get an idea of what it is here at:www.swfoodexpo.com.

Chef got us VIP admission for free. I've already got my badge. I look forward to the free food, goodies, and (of course) the occasional free beer. ;>)

Hmmm..he lies to himself, he believes his lies so when he lies to other people he thinks he's telling the truth???

What a sicko. Kind of reminds me of Bubba.

So...you think these are Kerry's Flip Flops?

Good night, my friends. See you in the morning.

/john, looks like you'll have an exciting time at that convention. I got hungry just looking at the names of some of the exhibitors and the show down between the chefs looks to be good fun.

How much would Kucinich tell?
And at what cost?

Voice of America News reports that Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich has been barred from viewing intelligence reports because he has refused to sign an ‘oath of non-disclosure.’

Ohio congressman Kucinich, who constantly harangues against the war and acts as if he’s an expert, will be greatly hampered behind the likes of fellow wannabes Senator Bob Graham -- who serves on the Senate Intelligence Committee -- and Senator John Kerry, a decorated war veteran. The country and our allies must wonder about a presidential candidate who’s being taken as seriously as Kucinich.

… the question is, what secrets would he give away if he were President?

We're back online. I only had to spend about 30 minutes in the furnaceattic. The noise on the phone line is now gone, and our internet is back up. And I got filthy up there. Sheesh.

Oh, and while I was up there, I put out poison baits for the little rodents that ate my phone line. Take that PETA. Bwahahahahahah.

looks like you'll have an exciting time at that convention.

Around food service people, excitment usually involves alchohol and someone being arrested. I'm sure there will be some of that at this show too, but I don't intend to be near anything/anyone that is exciting.

I'll settle for a good time. ;>)

I've got a ride-share buddy lined up to share the $12 valet fee so we don't have to pay the $5-$15 parking fees and have to walk several blocks with the bag full of samples, brochures and stuff that one always brings home from a trade show.

A letter from the editor about Kucinich in the SLC paper. (and a woman I work with today told me that Kucinich would make a fabulous president.) Oh yeah, he is the answer to all our problems. /sarcasm

Kucinich for Prez
If it were in your hands to stop war, eradicate terrorism, save the environment, improve education, provide adequate health care for all Americans, demand corporate responsibility, end unemployment and inject common sense into the drug war, would you make the effort?

When something sounds too good to be true, I may be the world's greatest skeptic. But after much reading and weighing of the facts, I believe it's fair to say that all the above, and more, is entirely possible, by supporting Dennis Kucinich in his bid for the presidency. Here is one candidate who appears willing and able to apply the light of reason to government policy. At this critical point in the history of life on Earth, I cannot think of a more important subject to become familiar with.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I have more energy, thank goodness, but I still have the sore throat and I whistle when I lay down at night. I think it is just one of those hanging on types of viruses. :) I'm off to bed, I am sooooo glad it is Friday tomorrow.
