We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
ABU ABBAS, THE MASTERMIND OF THE ACHILLE LAURO HIJACKING, IS CAPTURED IN IRAQ
LARGE TERRORIST TRAINING FACILITY DISCOVERED JUST OUTSIDE BAGHDAD
Representatives from the United States, North Korea, and China will be meeting in China next week.
American forces shut down an illegal oil pipeline serving Syria.
President Bush and President Chirac spoke for the first time in two months yesterday; the conversation was described as "business-like."
The Palestinian Authority insists that Washington free Abu Abbas, saying it violates the Oslo Peace Accords, signed by UOx42.
Speaking of the former President, at a forum by Conference Board, he made the following remarks:
"We can't run. If you got an interdependent world, and you cannot kill, jail or occupy all your adversaries, sooner or later you have to make a deal."
And: He said he believed Washington overreacted to German and French opposition to US plans for military action against Iraq.
And, the topper(!): "Since September 11, it looks like we can't hold two guns at the same time. If you fight terrorism, you can't make America a better place to be."
I'm not making that stuff up, folks!
But unlike him...
We will not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Molly,
Good to see you here!
Girlchild sang in a choral concert the other night.......they did the Rutter "Gloria"........with lots of brass & percussion...very nice!
We're going to a chamber music concert tonight at the college.......don't know what's being performed but it's FREE!:)
This is after our "living" Stations Of The Cross and Paschal Meal at church earlier this evening...........
...........and this is assuming that the predicted snow/sleet/freezing rain/ice storm doesn't end up causing everything to be cancelled.:(

I take it bivouacing is not for you? The postal test I registered for earlier and since the background check is going to take some time, I'm going ahead with the exam. Just keeping my options open, basically.
