Fox News.... just conducted a live interview of Col Perkins, 3rd ID. He explained that the M1A1 tank was the lead tank in a column penetrating an ambush allet. The tank took two RPG's and caught fire. The Commander took a bullet in the shoulder; the tank kept rolling and then unloaded all its fury on the enemy position. Enemy dead. The tank will be repaired and fight again according to Col Perkins.
This is why the United States Military is the best in the World, Their tank was on fire, .50cal screaming (2,000 plus rounds fired), big gun firing, not one crew member quit, they didn't back down & they didn't retreat. The thread says it all: ENEMY DEAD !! As President Bush said, "We will Not Falter we will Not fail". Beautiful example of the Best in Action.

God Bless our Troops, our Allies & President Bush. This is just one small event in the War on Iraq, but a prefect example of the United States Armed Forces & their will to win the battle.
