Well, I’m back.
Sort of.
My wife, (the lovely and gracious, Mrs. CUZ) has laid down the law!
“You’re spending too much time FReeping and not enough time paying attention to me!”
Women! Go figure!

Anyway, my FReeping has been severely curtailed, so I’ll start this thread, and from time to time, spout off with my two cents worth, but someone else will have to maintain the ping list and post weekly recaps (If they feel so inclined).

Matt surely deserved the million for all the work he did. I would bet that during the immunity in the maze that those flimsy buffs were not very good at keeping them blindfolded. AND I would bet they didn't fasten Jenna's very tight. I think they wanted her to win that immunity just to make it more interesting.
I was very surprised to see Matt only got one vote. Especially after he gave so much credit publicly to Rob, he didn't even get Rob's vote!
Very disappointing result. And the way Matt and Jenna are hanging all over each other - what the heck is THAT all about??? YUK!!!

Hey Cuz, thanks for all your work on this thread! I had to wait to read your post until after I saw the show on the West coast. I got as far as reading about you eating crow and then made a quick exit out of my browser so I wouldn't see the outcome!

Whoa - it was like 'Survivor-meet-Jenna Millionaire'. I didn't know it was supposed to be a reality matchmaking show! What was up with Jenna and Matt, arms intertwined, at the end? Hmmmmm.

UNF***ING believable! But then again this is America, the only place in the world where we reward people for doing nothing. I was amazed at the voting, my wife told me at the beginning of the show that if Jenna won she wouldn't watch next year. But as we all know that's exactly what happened. She must of slept with all of them except Butch of course.

What always floors me about Survivor is the jury running around and talking about honesty and integrity. No one playing that game is honest. Honest gets you voted off.

But they take such umbrage to the fact that they were outplayed and outwitted that they can't stand it.

So, they just withdraw into outrage and talk as if they hadn't lied, or cheated, or any of that.

If I were in the final two and the honesty question was brought up, my answer would be, "I was as honest as the rest of you were."

With all due respect, I think you should have known better than to go read the Survivor thread on Sunday night, knowing that it was past time on the East Coast for the result to be known. (afterall, if you expect Cuz to know who lives where and what is on their TVs, it is reasonable to expect you to know when Survivor is on in the East)...

Expecting the thread to stay empty until after the West Coast had their airing is unrealistic and would require Jimrob adding mechanisms to ensure it.

In the past when I have had to tape a show, when I would get pinged for the thread I had to be careful not to go peek until I got to see the episode myself!
