Thanks for the Ping!!! Now I can be embarassed AGAIN. But it shows how the people in them parts of the country as whackjobs!! *blush* It makes the rest of us look nutty too!! GRRRRR. Now off to watch John Walsh on America's Most Wanted. Another one of my favs. I watched American Justice from 12 noon until 4pm today - Then I had to go for groceries. Fed these bums here at 7pm!! FOF. In the commercial - I got my vacuuming done. I shoulda been a criminologist. I love that stuff, especially the true stories and how they are solved. I'll spend a couple HOURS on here tomorrow. And hello Y'ALL!! Nite for now.

Hi Wings and Flash and whoever else

I've been offline for a couple of days -- out of town yesterday, and my cable modem is broken today... finally installed AOL to use until they fix my modem on Tuesday.

Yesterday I met with some people at the state who promote Texas all over the world... (Don't Mess With Texas -- Texas, It's a Whole Other Country) They loved my portfolio! I am so hoping to get work from them... and to sell them my stock photos for their publications and promotional material.

I also photographed a musician in Austin for his posters and CD cover and press kit and worked on those pics all day -- they are turning out great. It was fun going to the studio and hearing the recording and then how they worked on the mix. The studio owner liked my stuff,too, and will put up my pictures of Brock for his other clients to see.... It was a GREAT DAY!!

I then met my "good friend" in Austin and had a GREAT EVENING, too... but that's all I'll tell about that. *grin*

I was all suited up sitting on the edge when the guy running it said "You'd better take off your glasses."

I did. In my pre Lasik days I was near sighted, so when I'd take off my glasses I'd look at something close. Usually the ground at my feet.

This time the ground at my feet was 110 feet down.

I didn't jump.

He didn't even try to talk me into jumping.

It's VERY clear from the photo that there was NO WAY I was jumping...
