The Hobbit Hole III - Journey to the Cross-roads!

Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Journey to the Cross-roads
The Two Towers Edition
Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Am I supposed to post ALL the Frodo pics and the commentary here in the Hobbit Hole first? I have a bunch, or should I winnow them down to just a few (Oh NO!) Couldn't I just post it directly to the 'Journeys' thread, and ping folks in the HH to it?
To: SuziQ
Well, I'm only half paying attention to it but it's more suspenseful than I thought. It's uhmmm "I Love Trouble" I had to go look at the box. Julia Roberts and Nick Nolte. I'm not impressed yet.

Well, yeah, I could do that. But, ZZ Top and the Nuge in the same night ought to be a whole weekend deal all in itself! Why! It could induce a twinge bad behavior through which you have pledged yourself to my support!

I don't mind Julia Roberts, but I can't stand Nick Nolte. Can't imagine the two of them together.
I know you like action flicks; if you can find it, rent Equilibrium. It is sort of Matrix-like in its action sequences, but the story is very interesting! It stars Christian Bale, and it has Sean Bean! (for a little while) :(
Have you ever seen Don't Say a Word? Sean Bean is also in that one, but I've never seen the whole thing, only the first part of it. Michael Douglas stars in it. I'll have to put in on my Netflix queue!
To: HairOfTheDog
I do love James Taylor too.We saw him in concert in NJ about 20 yrs. ago. It was a great show!!
To: HairOfTheDog; Corin Stormhands
GAS POWERED BLENDER So, Corin could power it all by himself?
To: SuziQ
He could swoon me.... I really wanna go to see that show and the Buffett.....

Gotta hit the hay! Joseph was sick today, so he didn't go to the class, but he's going tomorrow, early, so I gotta get up and make him a lunch, etc!
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is also coming out this weekend! Joseph wants to see that one too! It's going to be a busy, movie-going 3 weeks or so what with Ahhnold, Orlando and Sean Connery!!
To: Scott from the Left Coast; Corin Stormhands
Or you could...... Mr. Windy Elf....
