Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Is that group REALLY such a threat? Simply put Rosie, it has boiled down to the fact that EVERY religion, except theirs, is fair game.
It's okay to talk about pediphile priests, but not about a certain prophet who liked 14-year-old girls.
We had one thread pulled that was nothing but congressional testimony but it did not reflect well on that certain religion.
I'll put it this way:
I do not separate my faith and my politics. Both are a vital part of who I am. Let me be clear that my faith will always take priority over my politics, and in fact it's my faith that directs my politics.
As such I am compelled to speak out against evil. And I believe that group is evil.
In my early days over on the forum (before Ward Smythe was martyred) I actually defended these people. But no more. "Open" discourse is allowed only if it portrays the [FR 5th Amendment] group in the best light.
That pisses me off.

I know that your faith is important to you Corin, I just don't understand why it is vital to your faith to argue with those people about it. There has to be a better place to practice your faith than beating your head against a wall there. Please consider it is all.

Ah! I'm not getting booted. I may work myself up to a time-out, but I won't get booted. I've heard that you really can't call yourself a FReeper until you've been given a time-out by upper management. ;^)

It's a metabolite of a fungicide. Know I'm late getting back but does this fungicide work on that stuff that attacks seedlings? Small time agri-question but thought I'd ask. Don't mean to funkle.
