Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Welcome home Hair!
I just mailed out a hand written short note, as well as, a picture Becky drew to 2J so she can send it in our next shipment. :)
As for me, I decided to do something really therapeutic and I am watching the third Bush vs Gore debate again. It comforts me to be reminded of how lucky we are not to have Gore in office right now.
If anyone wants to join in this therapy, here is the link to the archives.
On the right side towards the bottom you can set up a stand alone player.
I loved to see Gore bring up Dingell Norwood and then try to charge up towards Bush and look stupid. (at 8:45 thru 9:56 on the timer). hehehehehehe :)

OK, so I know that's not really the subject...and I don't hang out enough on the religious threads to have the whole picture...but every time I DO go over there, it does seem like you guys (ksen and Corin) are at least SORT of baiting. I respect you and all that...but is it really necessary? Is that group REALLY such a threat? I doubt they're making that many conversions or anything here...so why go after them all the time? I don't agree with 'em (to put it mildly), but I kind of understand why they're so touchy.
Felt like saying this on the other thread, but I don't want to get yanked into the battle. Hope you take it the right way!
