I've been thinking about the lack of information coming from LE, the contradictory statements from Dinse and the FBI regarding the case, and the fact that the case seems to be stalled. Do you think much of this could be due to a lack of cooperation between SLCPD and the FBI? It sure wouldn't be the first time that issues between local LE and the Feds contributed to a botched case.

The only possibility of family involvement would surely be INDIRECTLY, maybe by simply knowing or being an acquaintance of the perpetrator without knowing he was capable of such a thing.

Yes, that COULD have been an example, but since there is no evidence linking Ricci, then it's more likely to be someone else in the community, neighborhood, etc.

I'm wearing a long Polynesian floral dress tonight. There's a tiny pocket sewn in the center of the back! It isn't a mistake -I have another dress in a different floral just like this one, also with a pocket.
