Well, he did object several times, the judge kept overruling him. But Feldman made up for it today, by pointing out all the lies/fairy tales Dusek told them yesterday. Feldman has been doing a fantastic job. He's
really giving it his "all".

I think what Dusek really objects to is the fact that any defense is being presented at all!

This child and Brenda were in the MH and probably on that same day.

I thought this would have been a concern to the lawyers on both sides, but no one seemed to care. I almost was dismissed partway through the trial..I had very bad bronchitis that developed into an awful hacking cough. At one point they had to stop testimony during one of my coughing spasms. The judge (not Mudd), I swear, I was coughing to death right next to her and she needs to ASK me if I needed a break. I guess my frantic waving at the bailiff was not a clue. WHile I was out, they all discussed whether I should be dismissed. Damnit...it I had known that before, I would have forced myself to faint. This was a really dull trial.

This judge is highly questionable, far as I'm concerned. His entire actions/decisions in during this trail???

As someone else already remarked, we are seeing the tip of the iceberg.

Look at the HIGH amount of success of prosecutions by the DA in SD.

Now, compare that to the number of missing children, dead children, the INTERNATIONAL CHILD PORN/RAPE ring run out of SD and totally UNKNOWN to the LE and DA until informed by A GROUP FROM "SWEDEN" (of all places) that were investigating CHILD PORN.

This is how the cases in SD seem to be run.

Police arrest someone, then they gather evidence used to convict them in court. LE's look good. DA looks good.

Problem is the guilty are still running the streets free killing and raping, while innocent people are stuck in prison.

This is just now starting to be seen by the ENTIRE NATION for what it is, due to the search for DANIELLE going NATIONWIDE!

The Fire Chief in the small town nearest to us retired a few years ago from his own business, but is always first to answer a fire call. Seems to be in the blood.

You are exactly right, but I don't think crap like this is just happening in SD, I think it happens all over the US. I know it happens in my state. And thanks to people like we've seen on this forum, the Greg Westons and their ilk, who think that if someone is arrested, then they must be guilty. Where do these people get the idea that govt can do no wrong?

This case really makes me sick. This guy is being railroaded, and the press and the public go gleefully along, thinking it can't possible happen to them, because they are good people. Well, if it can happen to DW, it can happen to anyone.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. The last trial I was on a jury for I too had bronchitis.
The judge however was more sympathetic but I felt awful and didn't want to be a problem which made anxiety/coughing worse.

I agree. It happens all over. I think that the presence of a DA that is willing to do ANYTHING to get re-elected (ref: his allowing witnesses to have sex in the courtroom (not in front of the public or jury) to get them to testify the way he wanted, and several other items that are public knowledge) can concentrate the RIGGED CASES. It also increases the number of guilty that are running free.

Danielle's body was deposited in area of Dehesa, at Singing Hills. Allegations are that DAW did that. Ask yourselves these questions.

Why would the guy drive several hundred miles to do that? Look at these photos, the road is very narrow. Where's the MH going to be? Where's the evidence that anybody saw the MH? Where's the evidence of DAW at Dehese?

It sure was dry...but enough water for the animals in the area. That's how the searchers found her... the odor was so strong that they were able to find her. But no evidence of Westerfield.

I'm the guy, I'm going to use my shovel. Oh, she wasn't buried. I'm going to wrap her up... she wasn't wrapped in anything. I'm going to carry her down this hill...but it was so steep that the LE had to cut steps to access her.

That hair under her body, not Danielle's, not DAW's. How could it have gotten there? Obviously when it was placed, from the placer.

It is a dumpsite. There is any number of fibers. (showing pic) There's some orange.

From the prosecution theory, she's there since Feb 2, from the defense, 10 days minimum. Fibers blow. The Santa Ana winds were blowing.

Although they tried to infer that there would be trauma, there was no evidence of that.

Blood on jacket, we don't know how it got there. It wasn't much. Annette Peer relied on her memory. They cannot tell you how it got there, they cannot tell you its source, they cannot tell you when it got there. What happened in this case? Autopsy did not answer the question.
