This judge is highly questionable, far as I'm concerned. His entire actions/decisions in during this trail???

As someone else already remarked, we are seeing the tip of the iceberg.

Look at the HIGH amount of success of prosecutions by the DA in SD.

Now, compare that to the number of missing children, dead children, the INTERNATIONAL CHILD PORN/RAPE ring run out of SD and totally UNKNOWN to the LE and DA until informed by A GROUP FROM "SWEDEN" (of all places) that were investigating CHILD PORN.

This is how the cases in SD seem to be run.

Police arrest someone, then they gather evidence used to convict them in court. LE's look good. DA looks good.

Problem is the guilty are still running the streets free killing and raping, while innocent people are stuck in prison.

This is just now starting to be seen by the ENTIRE NATION for what it is, due to the search for DANIELLE going NATIONWIDE!

You are exactly right, but I don't think crap like this is just happening in SD, I think it happens all over the US. I know it happens in my state. And thanks to people like we've seen on this forum, the Greg Westons and their ilk, who think that if someone is arrested, then they must be guilty. Where do these people get the idea that govt can do no wrong?

This case really makes me sick. This guy is being railroaded, and the press and the public go gleefully along, thinking it can't possible happen to them, because they are good people. Well, if it can happen to DW, it can happen to anyone.
