I believe it was FresnoDa that posted the info (could be someone else though) that was on these threads, probably several weeks ago, that detailed the corruption that Pfingst was involved in and was even published in the SD U-T I believe. IF I find it I will let you know. Probably you should ask Fres if he knows where it is.

What I remember was Pfingst allowed some a witness to have sex in the courtroom (while everyone else was out) as a payoff for them giving certain testimony.

On a side note, I got back from meeting with the undersheriff of Skamania County just before lunch. The Skamania County sheriff's office has of this morning opened a criminal inverstigation related to my federal civil RICO/Civil Rights case and once they confirm enough information to justify it, will be referring the criminal investigation to the FBI, U.S. Attorney for Western Washington and the Chief of the DoJ Driminal RICO Division in Washington, DC.

I am also in the process of getting my civil RICO/Civil Rights case reinstated in the USDC for Western Washington where the US District Court Judge illegally dismissed it for lack of jurisdiction.

By the time this is over, several Washington judges and politicians will be in prison, and possibly include Gov. Locke and AG Gregoire. It has been a long battle, but it looks like the end is in sight.
