On a side note, I got back from meeting with the undersheriff of Skamania County just before lunch. The Skamania County sheriff's office has of this morning opened a criminal inverstigation related to my federal civil RICO/Civil Rights case and once they confirm enough information to justify it, will be referring the criminal investigation to the FBI, U.S. Attorney for Western Washington and the Chief of the DoJ Driminal RICO Division in Washington, DC.

I am also in the process of getting my civil RICO/Civil Rights case reinstated in the USDC for Western Washington where the US District Court Judge illegally dismissed it for lack of jurisdiction.

By the time this is over, several Washington judges and politicians will be in prison, and possibly include Gov. Locke and AG Gregoire. It has been a long battle, but it looks like the end is in sight.

While I wish you the best of luck, and don't mean to discourage you by any means, I would be very surprised if any govt employee would investigate and prosecute any other govt employee. They stick together and cover up for each other like nobody's bizness. They just don't do anything to get each other in trouble. I see it here all the time with the Oregon State Bar; government attorneys get away with any kind of unethical crap they want to, and are never disciplined. The State Bar (all govt employees) simply refuses to investigate.

I think back a couple of years, to the night after our first Chapter "Pig Roast" party, at "Right in Seattle's" place, when you, my wife and I, kept him up, at his kitchen table, discussing your efforts, till he was literally bleary eyed (turned out he had to get up and go to work, in a few hours).

You took on the entire judicial establishment in WA, and it's looking like you've scored a major coup!.
