.I had very bad bronchitis that developed into an awful hacking cough. At one point they had to stop testimony during one of my coughing spasms. The judge (not Mudd), I swear, I was coughing to death right next to her and she needs to ASK me if I needed a break.I know EXACTLY how you feel. The last trial I was on a jury for I too had bronchitis.
The judge however was more sympathetic but I felt awful and didn't want to be a problem which made anxiety/coughing worse.
