you mean after I nugded him, or after I nudged him? ;-) LOL he would wake up..and then fall back to sleep. I thought this would have been a concern to the lawyers on both sides, but no one seemed to care. I almost was dismissed partway through the trial..I had very bad bronchitis that developed into an awful hacking cough. At one point they had to stop testimony during one of my coughing spasms. The judge (not Mudd), I swear, I was coughing to death right next to her and she needs to ASK me if I needed a break. I guess my frantic waving at the bailiff was not a clue. WHile I was out, they all discussed whether I should be dismissed. Damnit...it I had known that before, I would have forced myself to faint. This was a really dull trial.

The last trial I was on a jury for I too had bronchitis.
The judge however was more sympathetic but I felt awful and didn't want to be a problem which made anxiety/coughing worse.
