AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 527) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | July 2, 2002 | All of Us

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Please take a moment to upset a liberal and a Ninth Circus Court Judge by honoring our flag:

I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE
TO THE FLAG
OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
AND TO THE REPUBLIC
FOR WHICH IT STANDS,
ONE NATION
UNDER GOD
WITH LIBERTY,
AND JUSTICE,
FOR ALL.

In the three-ring circus in Arlington, it was revealed that last week Moussaoui filed court papers that referred to The Evil One as "my brother in Islam and my Father in Jihad" and added "May Allah protect him."

He also stated that prosecutors would have to prove he was in Afghanistan to secure a conviction. Problem is - Moussaoui has already admitted as much.

NASDAQ closed yesterday lower than its post-9/11 low.

The FBI reports a female passenger allegedly tried to gain entrance to an airplane cockpit.

And scientists have linked smoking high amounts of marijuana to scschizophrenia.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Even the left isn't getting in front of this train.

Give 'em time Chair. They're still waiting on the latest results from their focus group polling from the UN.

On a different note...take a look at the initials for the "United Nations" - it comes out as "UN" as in UNhealthy, UNcivilized, UNpatriotic, well, you get the picture. Usually, the "UN" version of anything is a negative conotation...which upon thought, fits the U.N. to a tee...

Mr. Chairman. I recently changed companies, but remained in the same corporation. My new group is located in the DC area so I am down here a lot, even though remaining based in NH. I brought my family down for 10 days while I was in training and am wondering, is the DC area the overflow parking for Hell? Talk about heat and humidity!

Of course I am back again for a couple of days. Next time I am gonna be a better boy in my next previous life!

Wait until the end of July.

Thanks for that graphic!

Lynn Cheney was just on Fox. She responded to a question about Gore's comments by saying that "Secretary Powell had it just right. It is ridiculous. Gore should concentrate on explaining why they didn't do anything about bin Laden while they were in office."

Double ka-boom! I would bet cash money that the President has info that shows that X42 actively discouraged any efforts against the terrorists.

Sorry about the double post...I suppose that means I have to spend an additional five months in DC this summer!

For heat and humidity, I offer a competitor: Evansville, Indiana. Situated in the Ohio River valley, the heat hangs like a curtain in July. I can distinctly remember walking down the street and the temperature and humidity werre so high that it approached the exact conditions inside my lungs, making it impossible to tell if one was actually breathing in fresh air or not! ACK! Talk about hyperventilating! I have NEVER forgotten how hot that was!

LOL! No bet here Miss Marple, I don't have any money I want to lose!!!

This President has for the most part "kept the gloves on" in dealing with these idiots, but if they keep pushing (and they will) this garbage, he may just take the gloves all the way off.

And if he does, there will be a WHOLE buncha RATs wishing they had kept their danged fool mouths shut...

For heat and humidity, I offer a competitor:

What is interesting is we hit 100 in April. We haven't since then. Though we still have the rest of July to get through. (It'll be awful close today, but probably won't make it - but the humidity will be a killer. The heat index will be higher, probably, than Death Valley - I'll have to compare later.)

You know, they just don't get it. President Bush gives people many chances to do the right thing, long past what most of us would afford our opponents. He is a patient man.

But when time is up, and your last chance is used up, you had best duck for cover.

Ask the Taliban.

My sister thinks that the seasons are shifting. In other words, we get warmer weather earlier in the summer, but fall also comes earlier as well.

I hadn't paid much attention until this week. Besides the early onset of the Japanese beetles, I heard cicadas, which normally don't appear until August. Cicadas (known by some around here as the "back to school bugs") traditionally have indicated about 6 weeks until frost.

Scary that it's actually cooler in Texas then it is in Washington. We were a rain cooled 85 yesterday.

Ask the Taliban.

Or how about the UN.

I think the ICC is a very poignant issue right now, particularly with the War on Terror. Considering the asymetric approach our enemies are using, many opportunities could present themselves for the ICC to tie-up our tactical operations.

Good morning, NY. Would you, could you, please tell me how you make "freezer jam"? That's a new one on me.

If snow fences would bring on the snow, I'd have one up starting in November through March here in good 'ole Northern Virginia!

Good to hear you had a great time. Safe trip!

All Good Morning ATRW!

Scary that it's actually cooler in Texas then it is in Washington.

There's actually a good reason why. The warm air plows into the Appalachians, has nowhere to go, and compresses - warming it still further.

I hadn't thought about that, but you are quite right. It wouldn't take much for Syria to charge us with war crimes, would it? President Bush is thinking ahead. Good for him!

Miss Marple, I caught a quick blip on the LCD news thingie on my train that said President Bush spoke out in strong support of school vouchers yesterday. Now haven't the naysayers been harping that he's turned his back on vouchers which he promised while campaigning and these same naysayers weren't going to vote for him again since he is a turncoat?

Makes sense about the heat, although it's the humidity that gets to me.
