For anyone who doesn't believe what the Palestinians are teaching their youth isn't a religion of death, the Israeli Defense Force released the following photograph of an infant found in the Hebron home of a Palestinian man wanted by Israelis:

An explosion, belived by many to be the work of Al Qa'eda and the Talibums, in a munitions store in southern Afghanistan, killed five and started a fire in a UN food center.

A major battle is underway in the Philippines against a guerrilla group associated with Al Qa'eda.

Two men who were part of Iran's delegation to the UN, and who were in this country for only about four months, were expelled after being seen videotaping such things as the Holland Tunnel, Brooklyn Bridge, and other landmarks.

A Muslim lady in Florida is suing the state saying she does not want a photo of her on her driver's license not wearing a veil. Prior to September 11, she was allowed to have a photo wearing the veil, but after that date, the Florida authorities insisted she (and presumably others) replace it with one showing her visage as a matter of public security.

'About the woman who "needed" her face covered on her driver's license......now wants to sue Florida for insisting she BARE her face.......I wonder why she thinks she's so special, she doesn't have to abide by our laws. Whether she was born in this country or not, if she wants to run around with that veil, fine, but for identifications purposes she should "bare" her face, unless, of course, she plans on breaking the law. If she wants to hide her face she can always go back to the "old" country, where she can have her picture taken with the veil.
It's these "special" people who want their "old country" ways to continue in our country, our culture, they should have stayed where they came from. I do hope the judge throws her case out of court, as frvilous, and orders her to either abide by OUR LAWS OR LEAVE, go back where she can wear her face covered up. These people give me a pain in the rump.

MP, I guess I've never been fascinated with firearms. My dad was a police officer from my birth 'til I was 10 and I could have cared less about his weapon. To this day, I still don't know where he keeps them at my folks house.

One day I might, although in my case I don't know if it would be a good idea. I get night frights and wake up in a panic...all I need to do is blow a hole in my wall *L*

Everyone has their own situation. I was never fascinated by firearms, either, but am strongly 2nd Amendment...so a few years ago, and in my late 40s, decided the right course was to learn and get certified.

And since then, I just like to encourage other women to do the same, if they are at all inclined.
